It is close to the "B" train that brought you into the center of Boston. All the associates were pleasant, helpful and respectful. Keith, the evening desk person was exceptional and friendly.

This is a Motel.
Needed a last minute room for the night and booked based on availability and rating. Room was very basic and very dated. I believe the overall rating for the property was an 8 or 9...however, this is not a hotel -- it is a motel. The rating might be ok for a motel.

The room was mouldy and musty and smelled so bad. It was damp and the ceiling which was bubbled from how wet it was, actually fell on me while I was sleeping. I woke up to plaster falling on my head. And I took pictures, gave the pieces of the plaster to the front desk and when I tried to ask for a refund for 1/2 of what I paid since I did stay, they said I was lying. The room only had hot water (yes even in the toilet), the remote didn’t work, breakfast was okay but the waffle batter was sour and past its expiration. Expedia did not help with getting a refund, they contact the property and the front desk denied it. Needless to say I would not stay there ever again. Also it is not near Fenway or Harvard as advertised.

It was a good location for our group, close to Green line to get around the city. Front desk was helpful as one person in our group had to have lost luggage delivered to the hotel a few days late.

The room was clean but it smelled. The air conditioner was so noisy, I couldn’t believe we got to sleep. We were exhausted from driving. The gentleman who checked us in was quite friendly and very personable. So was his late night replacement. Lovely people! Cookies were awesome! It was okay for the stop we had to make but I would have asked to change rooms due to the air conditioner noise, if we stayed a second night.

Uncomfortable spring beds, and scratchy sheets. Other guests were loud late at night. At one point, it sounded like someone was trying to open or knock down a cheaply made door that connected two adjoining rooms. Made me feel unsafe. The internet did not work nor did the TV. I complained to the front desk the next day but they just kinda shrugged and said oh well. $25 parking fee felt like a ripoff. Probably in cahoots with some towing company. I’ve stayed in better Days Inns for $70/night. This place charges nearly $200/night. There was also a crumpled white towel on the ground outside my door. Not really a huge problem but reflected the general lack of quality service and facilities. Don’t try to save a buck by staying here. Go elsewhere and pay slightly more a night.

Run down and mean
Run down, needs replumbing (hot water take 5 minutes to come through) and needs new electrics. No extractor fan in the bathroom. Extraordinarily mean - 1 small bar of soap between 2 people for 3 nights. Room was very dark with inadequate lighting. Furniture in bathroom was childlike and I had to bend double to wash my hands. Very mean and overpriced. Problem with wifi if you happen to have a phone more than a few years old, could connect to 6 wi-fs in Boston but not to this hotel. They were not interested in the problem nor the solution!

They definitely try to be accommodating. I didn’t have pot or pans and they were able to give me pots and pans to barrow and plates and a set of real silverware breakfast was well worth it helps to cut one meal to worry about

When we arrived on our first night, we asked the man running desk (black) if they have any filtered water available to refill our bottles and he told us with a distasteful look, “our tap water is good, go ahead and google it.” He was not welcoming and very rude to us after the long trip we took to get there and made our stay unpleasant.

This is one of the worse hotel experiences I ever had. Due to the storms in the east coast our flight was delayed at the point that we wanted to cancel the trip. I called the hotel to ask if a refund was possible and the person on the phone was kind of rude and said no. I said, ok we will be there although probable early morning. When we arrived at 6 am we were told they had no room for us, then they said, never mind we have one. We went to the room to find out that it was occupied. Then they said the hotel was full, they kept looking and finally found a empty room. We went there and even though it was bigger than our initial room it was very dirty, the bathroom had stains in the shower, hair on the floor and the sheets/covers had yellow spots all over. Even though we were so tired we just took a quick shower and left asap. Hope they improve their cleaning and customer services.
