The vibe and convenience itself was perfect, loved the atmosphere and the staff was super friendly. They are also very accommodating. The shared bathrooms were pretty clean too had no issues with it. It was our first time in a shared bathroom situation and they were almost always clean and stocked. They do get very busy in the morning though but we always found an open clean one. It felt safe and clean for the most part. I’m giving it a 2 stars because we woke up with blood stains on our bed and some red bites on our arms. The hotel itself said they did an inspection and found nothing. This was our first time ever having a bite or something like that so of course we were scared. The hotel assured us that it was not on them, maybe just maybe we got it from the T or a bus? Who knows… If it wasn’t for that everything else would’ve been perfect! Honestly would probably stay here again!!

Very clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed, great South End location, cool modern style. The size of our room and bathroom was miniature and the parking information was a little outdated. A little disappointing the restaurant and lounge was closed during our Sunday evening stay (esp since a free drink was included in the rate).

This was good for a quick stay. The single room was small, but comfortable and had everything you’d need in a hotel. The only problem I had was with parking. Although it is mentioned that there is no parking lot, I was not aware that my only feasible option was staying in a parking garage for an additional $35 (a night).
