Very convenient location for our night in Boston. Fun neighborhood with a lot of amenities and fun in walking distance. Parking was easy and discounted. I really loved the decor and style of the hotel. Front desk staff were friendly and very helpful

From the moment I entered through the front door the atmosphere was so refreshing! Great and unique decorations! The staff was super friendly and helped me right away. The room although small in size, was plenty and very clean and welcoming! And I loved their coffee shop and the Mexican restaurant on the premises! I love that they have a speakeasy and a workout room downstairs. I am absolutely staying there again!

The whole hotel was spotless, the rooms and bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable, we moved the robe and slippers provided. Restaurant on property had very good food and drinks. Coffee soup on location was decent. Staff was extremely kind. Location was perfect, easy to get to navigate from. Great value, well definitely stay again.

Four bathrooms to share with a whole floor. Often not clean or missing towels. They gave mea room by the elevator and it was so loud. Most of the people talking loud were staff talking on their phone or with each other early in the morning while people are trying to sleep. One elevator only was working and every time I tried to get on it was taken over by staff.

Good points- the hotel was in a great location. It’s very stylish and comfortable and the staff are very helpful and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble. When we arrived we only had one wash bag per room when we needed 2 in each, however, the reception team arranged for the necessary towels etc to be delivered the rooms. The bathrooms were very clean and always available so there was no wait. Down points- on the first night when we were going to bed the blind fell off in the daughters’ room. The maintenance team did fix it promptly but it was a pain as we were tired after travelling and wanted to go to bed. The same night part of our tv fixture fell off and woke us up. Our room was located next to the bathroom section so was regularly woken in the night by flushing toilets and maintenance that took place at 3am one morning. Definitely could done with some ear plugs! Overall would recommend.
