The grounds of the hotel were absolutely gorgeous, and the room was spotless. The staff were very polite and had answers to every question we asked. They also responded quickly to our requests. We had the most basic room type, and for two people, it was appropriately sized with a good amount of storage for our things. It does only have a shower, no bath tub. The only complaint I had is that the bed was extremely firm; we had to ask for additional pillows and blankets to try to pad it out. The location of the hotel itself is also a boon. It's only a short Uber ride to reach public transportation, and if you choose to take the walk to the station, there's plenty of shops and restaurants to look into.

Very nice. Lovely grounds. Helpful staff.
It was a little hard to find not being familiar with the area. Also the room was a LOT smaller than I thought from the pictures. I was a little disappointed that the lounge and breakfast/dining area was not operational. That was a nice feature I thought. Staff were very friendly and helpful though and I enjoyed the exercise and business facilities.

Gotta figure out the on-property restaurant. There is not a lot around the area of the hotel, so having something onsite is essential.

Staff was incredibly kind and room was clean and well maintained. The rooms were cleaned daily. The shower was hot and had a nice pressure. The whole building is so beautiful and a nice sight to drive up to every day. Nice to get to walk down to the beach.

The rooms are a bit dated. No cafe or continental breakfast. The food at the gift shop is incredibly over priced, and with no restaurants close by it is not convenient.

The staff made our stay here wonderful. They we're very helpful with dining options in town and information about how to travel to Salem during its busy time of year. Their recommendation was to take the train vs. driving and trying to find parking.

The grounds are beautiful and pretty convenient to get to Salem. They need more parking, I had to drive around the circle a couple times looking for a spot. The beach is a little hike and was wet in areas so need to be prepared. The room is small but clean and functional.
