Really nice property. Very comfortable rooms. Not quite as quiet as I’d like, as you could here doors, slamming and noise in the hallway, but overall, a wonderful stay. Nice shopping and restaurants nearby that are walkable. Nice pool and hot tub area. Great bar in the lobby.

The room next to us had about 40 people in it banging walls yelling all night partying. I finally call front desk at midnight. They had to come up 3 times to get people to leave and quit down but still no relief at 3am. Fights broke out in hallway people running around. Didn’t get any sleep with my daughters and felt very unsafe

Wonderful staff! From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was friendly and helpful. The open concept shower area would have been extremely awkward if I hadn't been solo. The hall carpet is in bad shape, and the mattress is terrible. Great location, easy access to the airport and lots of dining and shopping options.

They put us in a handicap room I didn't register or pay for that. Also they came to clean the room and didn't change the sheets, left the towels on the floor and didn't leave fresh ones to shower. I had to request ones for the next day. The handicap room was a surprise, as my husband step dad just had his leg removed a few weeks ago and it was difficult for us to realize as this was a huge reminder of what he just had to deal with.

The stay was okay I really have a problem with how dirty the location is I was going to cancel from staying there because of the reviews of the place being so dirty but I wasn’t able to because it was non refundable I would have changed hotels once arrived the hotel room looked very dirty as in they don't fully clean the rooms they cut corners to save time and money or being lazy.
