Welcome to Left Hand Meadows! Located on 5 peaceful acres that offer the full Colorado getaway experience, this beautiful home is less than 10 miles to downtown Boulder. Inside, the spacious & modern residence offers plenty of room for the entire group with 2 light-filled living rooms, stylish kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, a conference room & garage access. Outdoor living on 5 acres includes multiple decks, lots of wildlife, a beautiful creek, & amazing mountain views.
PROPERTY OVERVIEW
A majestic 5 acres lends to the privacy and mountain ambiance that make Left Hand Meadows the perfect place to escape to on your next vacation! This inviting home’s style is modern Colorado with upscale décor elements in every room. The upper floor easily flows between the living room, dining area and kitchen, allowing for great interaction with family and friends. Speaking of kitchens, ours is the best with stainless appliances, open shelves, sleek fixtures, and a prep island with seating. There are also 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and doors leading out to a deck from both the living room and primary bedroom on this floor.
Head to the lower level to find a second living room, 2 additional private bedrooms, and another full bathroom with walk-in shower. There is also a large conference room that is shared with the adjoining home that is ideal for overflow seating at meals, game nights, or corporate meetings.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Located in the foothills of the stunning Rocky Mountains, Left Hand Meadows is a dream spot for anyone who loves the outdoors combined with a bit of culture. Imagine days filled with hiking, biking, rock climbing, or kayaking in some of the most beautiful landscapes you’ve ever seen. The city is also buzzing with arts, from cool galleries and theaters to live music. And when it comes to food, Boulder’s farm-to-table restaurants offer amazing meals that are as fresh as they are delicious. With over 300 days of sunshine a year, Boulder is more than just a place to visit – it’s a way of life that invites you to soak up its unique mix of natural beauty and urban charm.
We have exterior cameras located at the around the exterior of the house (there are NO cameras inside the home).
The base rate covers the first 5 people. Each additional person is just $30 per person/per day. This is applied to anyone age 6 and over (kids 5 and under are free). The fee is applied to anyone that comes to the property (not just those staying the night). The extra person fee covers additional wear and tear to the property and amenities, additional professional cleaning/disinfecting, increased use of the internal plumbing, electricity, and other utilities, etc.
There is plenty of parking available on the driveway or in the garage. Street parking is not allowed.
Please be respectful of our neighbors, by keeping noise to a reasonable level and do not trespass onto anyone else's property.
No smoking inside the house. Evidence of smoking inside will result in a $1000 fine.
Other general rules:
1. Respect our neighbor’s property and do not trespass into their yards or driveways.
2. Keep the noise outside to a reasonable level at all times.
3. Quiet hours outside begin at 10:00 pm.
4. Outside amplified music must be approved by the host in advance.
5. Cars should be parked in the garage, or on the driveway.
6. Fireworks are prohibited on the property.
7. Neighbors are aware that guests often stay at this home. Please treat them with respect and courtesy as you would the people in your neighborhood.
8. Please lock all doors and windows
9. We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.
10. No off-road vehicles are allowed on the premises.
11. Refund Policy: 100% refund up to 30 days before arrival, 50% refund up to 14 days before arrival.
12. Please do not attach anything to the walls or ceilings with tape, tacks or anything else as this can cause damage which you will be charged for.
13. Return furniture to its original location. Failure to do so will result in a $250 fee.
