Upon arrival to hotel, staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful, timely manner was able to show me to my room without problems room met with above expectation to exceptional status. The only issues upon inspection of the room before occupying was a crack in the wall in the shower by the handle, which staff noted that they already knew about it and that it was caulked. The shower was glass and nice. The bathroom was huge towels were orderly provided. Everything was superiorly cleaned. I give the bathroom five stars. The entire room was very clean free of dust except for the window seal and also the filters in the air AC unit were mild dirty. Everything worked did not use TV. The bed was amazing. It felt like he was sleeping on clouds slept 25 hours the rest of the hotel was amazing. The continental breakfast was one of a kind had many different options from eggs to Belgian waffles to biscuits and gravy two biscuits two sausages, two eggs and salsa to any kind of oatmeal you could think of cereal several different kinds of coffee any kind of muffins bagels even vegan bagels and breakfast sandwich sandwiches egg, sausage, and cheese as much as you wanted to eat chocolate milk, milk, freshly squeezed, orange juice, and apple juice. Breakfast is most definitely better on the weekends upon the rest of the hotel grounds. Everything was nice besides the side door that does not read your key card staff rep, replied responsibly pool not so much five stars
