The shower tile needs a good scrub. It has some mold. My particular room had a sound of water flowing in the walls Ann day and night. I think it was the hvac system. Every hour all day and night a big bang from the same hvac system. Woke me up several times throughout the night. I slept horrible in my particular room.

Renovated, clean place with decent breakfast. Had a great time. Website says there’s only paid parking yet there was plenty of free street parking. Only disappointment was the room has no microwave, even though the website shows it as one of the amenities, which was much needed for me.

Hotel is neat and clean. We never tried the breakfast buffet the entire 2 weeks we were there. Surprised to see that the hotel allows pets in the rooms. There were quite a few pets we saw this time. But it did not bother us too much even though the room next to us had 2 small dogs.

Have to pay for parking(25 a night) or fight for parking outside on the side of the streets, which you also have to pay. They don't assist with carrying luggage from the vehicle to the room. Our room didn't have trash bags in the cans, nor did it have an ice bucket. Had to go to the front desk and ask. All the while, a worker(on duty or not, no clue) was drinking something at the bar. It still took them well over 30 minutes to finally bring trash bags and an ice bucket. Service is horrible. We had to deal with this issue each day. Have to pay for all amenities. Too expensive for what you get, not worth it at all.

Breakfast items were great. Room was spacious, updated and clean. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. Plenty of street parking, but there’s also a garage for $25/night. Pet friendly as well! Will be returning for our next trip! 😊

Family-friendly and pet-friendly stay with amazing staff! Every staff member encountered was professional, friendly and caring! Breakfast is a variety of items that change from one day to another and the staff don’t rush to close down the breakfast right at closing time. Parking is not free - $25/garage parking. Will definitely stay again when returning to Boulder!
