This hotel has a great vibe no doubt at all. The staff was actually the best part of the stay including the front desk and valets. The proximity to the college a major plus! However the rooms a very deceivingly small as to what is pictured. The beds are only queen and super uncomfortable. For the price we paid I would not stay here again for the reason of the room size and bed.

We pre paid for this hotel room via Expedia. The front desk asked for a credit card for incidentals. We provided a card. Upon check, they did not provide a receipt. Then I received credit card charges for the room again. We drove back and the front desk was not able to issue a credit as the manager was not there. They promised they would send me an email and call with the credit. Again, received another notice of the the charges, no credit. I have called twice and no one can help me.

This hotel is charming and contemporary, the staff was great, and we enjoyed the lounge and patio areas. It is convenient to the UC-Boulder campus. The only complaint is the very small size of the room. We booked the queen with loft room for my husband, teen daughter and myself and it was very tight. Recommend the room primarily for a single traveler.
