The house is a warm large family house with two bathrooms, lounge, kitchen and 4 bedrooms. The bedrooms are located on the first floor. The bathrooms are located on the ground and and first floors.

The lounge is located at the rear of the property and overlooks the garden as does the kitchen. There is a dining area attached to the kitchen.

It is not a new build but we have upgraded and decorated many of rooms and areas.

Great house and a friendly welcome

Property was great bit noisey at the front with windows open. 3 beds at the back reliey quiet overlooking the garden, loads of space and good location

Great location for the price

Very good property for the price paid. Bit noisy at the front with the road traffic at night. Easy to get to the beachfront with public transport and lots of great restaurants nearby. Owner is easy to deal with and very accommodating
