The property’s extensive forest and surrounding National Park provides a natural habitat to resident kangaroos, birds, and other native animals.

With the perfect balance of style and comfort this property has many quality features from Jarrah joinery, pure wool carpets, large windows, premium appliances, and extensive alfresco area offering ocean, farmland, and forest views.

For those environmentally focussed, Tingle Estate is totally off-grid, with energy delivered through solar and batteries, heating by way of an open fireplace and a rainwater tank supplying fresh and clean water.
