Overall this was a clean, sufficient place to stay. The fitness room had two non-working treadmills, a non-working elliptical, and a non-working rowing machine. There were dumbbells and yoga mats. There was no sanitizing spray and no water. The front desk did not know how to help and did not offer to try, but she seemed really sweet while she played on her phone. The breakfast had several options, including eggs and biscuits with gravy.

I booked 2 rooms and asked for them to be next to each other because of children. I got a response but when I arrived at the hotel they told me I only had 1 room. Turns out after 45 minutes of dealing with the hotel and hotels.com that hotels.com put it under my travel companion’s name

It was okay, I didn't like the bathroom. Toilet seat is too low, no handicap rooms available. It wasn't busy and still no accessible rooms. Pillows were terrible and so was the breakfast. I used to stay at this hotel all the time when it was under the Radisson corporation. I was not satisfied with the Choice corporation. Especially for the price.

The room was not what the pictures looked like. We were first greeted by very dirty and stained up floors. The beds had white stains down the side of the dark bottom bed frame sheets. The bathroom didn’t looked like it had been cleaned in multiple visit. There were tons of hairs on the ceiling in the bathroom. Dirt was on the corners on the floor in the bathroom. The air vent did not work so the bathroom would steam up and the mirror became useless. Between getting to the hotel late at night as well as them being booked according to staff, I couldn’t request a different room. Overall I felt as if my room was falsely advertised based on the pictures when booking. I liked the convenience of the property but the room was very dirty to be in.

I understand this property is under renovation but the smell in the hallways is toxic. It smells like an extremely high concentration of glue / nail polish remover. While we didn’t think our room stunk, just opening the door a few times changed that. We slept with the fan on high to keep the smells down. I awoke with a headache. The front desk basically said too bad. Maybe try this place after renovations.

Strong paint smell, dirty uneven matted carpet, and mattresses were off the bed. Nothing was clean or made… so I left and walked across the street for a tremendous stay at Home 2 Suites!

The toilet was dirty, the place is old and run down. Needs a renovation, lots of paint chips and scuffs. Our room and the hallway stunk and the carpet was gross.
