We had a late night check in so when we went right into the room showered and hopped in bed, where we noticed a cockroach crawling on the wall. We were going to check out the next day and find a new hotel. We were told by a manager that it could’ve come from another guest and they offered to switch our room. The porcelain sink in the new room was broken and hanging. The toilet bowl lid was also broken in half. It looked like someone took a sledge hammer to the bathroom.

Had a lot of hair on the bed that wasn’t mine. Especially looked like dog hair. I had my baby with me. I asked for new sheets and stuff and was expected to do it myself with a crying baby. Had to go ask for help to make the bed. Asked for a pack and play but didn’t use it because it was so gross.

The stay was good until I realized housekeeping came in our room while we were gone even though the do not disturb sign was on the door. Also there was a man at the front desk that was extremely rude to my husband. He had no customer service what’s so ever, he didn’t feel the need to greet him. My husband spoke to him twice and he acted as if he didn’t hear him. When my husband spoke the 2nd time the guy just said the price of the ice cream we were purchasing. It was so ridiculously rude for no reason. It would have been a perfect 10 if it wasn’t for that.
