Overlooking the lush green pastures of the Milton Park Estate are the privately owned country villas designed by renowned Australian architect Philip Cox. Guests of the villas can enjoy the grounds and some of the amenities of the Milton Park Country Hotel Estate such as the gardens, the restaurant, and the Day Spa.
Villa 12 exudes style & simplistic elegance, bringing Hamptons to the Highlands. Country with a contemporary twist. High ceilings throughout, 3 large sun filled bedrooms, all with garden or rural views, sleeping up to 8 adults.

The Villa’s bedrooms comprise master bedroom on the ground floor with a 1 king size bed and an ensuite. Upstairs, a twin room with 2 double beds, and the 3rd room with a queen bed. In addition, a second full size bathroom with a bath and shower are conveniently located between the 2 upstairs rooms for central accessibility. The double twin room gives you the option of 4 adults, having separate beds. Ideal for Golfers, girlfriends… having a weekend away.
Each villa is individually designed and furnished, inclusive of a generously appointed and fully equipped kitchen, laundry & powder room. The villa is centrally heated throughout, with an open fireplace located in the living area. To make your stay as comfortable as possible, the villa is also fitted with all the modern requirements such as smart TV, Netflix Austar, Sonos free Wi-Fi etc.
