I specifically called b4 I made reservations about their hot tub working, no problems with it etc. my husband specifically asked when he checked in same worker assured my husband o yes hot tub was working !! Got up this morning got our swimsuits on go to swimming area big sign under repair so my husband goes to front desk the same employee who checked him in nope gonna be closed all day for cleaning she sure changed her tune!! When I checked out I voiced my displeasure again the same worker tells me oh that worker should have told u I go out to our car my husband said she was the one that checked me in. I should get a full refund

The property size is misleading from the main road as it's pretty big inside, clean, and staff is friendly/helpful. Would stay here again.
