Covered Parking and Large Outdoor Deck

Built in 2016, this guest house has all new appliances and modern furnishing. It is a cozy place to stay after a powder day, and has a great place to grill outside! The large great room space with vaulted ceilings (living room, dining room and kitchen) give you plenty of space to feel at home. There is full size walk in pantry for plenty of storage and all that you need to cook and bake. The bedroom has a king size bed with a high quality mattress and luxury linens. The living room couch has a comfortable pull out double bed, that is suitable for two children, or 1 adult.

The 240 sq.ft. outdoor deck right off the living room is equipped with patio furniture and an outdoor grill, allowing for a perfect evening meal with water and mountain views. The snow doesn't inconvenience you with our covered parking space and interior stairs leading up to the apartment. There is a full size front loading washer and dryer and full size tub/shower with heated floors for your comfort in the cold months.

We are located in Valley West, a family friendly planned community that has parks, walking trails, a lake with a pavilion and a playground all within walking distance. Our location gives easy access to Big Sky/ Moonlight Basin skiing or Bozeman's own Bridger Bowl. We are 88 miles from West Yellowstone, the entrance to Yellowstone National Park. We are happy to give you local advice on the park and our favorite spots to visit all year round.

A Great, Snowy Stay!
This was our 2nd stay here! The owners kept the driveway clear and clean of snow, even though it snowed the whole time we were there. The unit is comfortable and plenty big to host our college age kids comfortably for dinners. Thanks so much!

Peaceful Retreat
We had a wonderful stay at this charming one-bedroom rental in Bozeman! The space was perfect for a couple’s getaway. The bed was comfortable, and the cozy layout made it feel like a home away from home. One of the best features was the covered carport, which was a huge bonus in the snowy weather—no need to clear off the car in the morning! The location was great, offering easy access to downtown Bozeman, restaurants, and easy drive to Yellowstone National Park. We’d definitely stay here again.

Great Location
We had a great stay in Bozman. Emily was a great host. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a great week of skiing. Bridger Bowl is 30 minutes away and Big Sky is 60 minutes away. Downtown & MSU is just minutes from the property. Great advice on the Town & Country grocery store located .5 miles from the property. Plus our cockapoo Chili was able to enjoy her first vacation with us. Thank you Emily!

Valley West Apartment
Perfect above the garage apartment for a couple/small family. Very clean and welcoming. We came into town for a wedding and this place is located close to everything. Only a 7-10 minute drive to downtown and nearby hiking trails. Located in a very clean and quiet neighborhood. Can’t wait to come back someday :)

A very Bozeman birthday
I flew in to visit my son, who is a sophomore at MSU, for his birthday. We used this wonderful property as a base camp for a weekend full of fun and Bozeman's fantastic food scene. Visit Virginia City and Nevada City ghost towns. They won't disappoint!

Clean and great location!
This is the second time we have stayed here. It is clean, the kitchen is well stocked, the owner is easy to communicate with, and there is a wonderful deck to relax on. It got very warm (99 degree high one day) and the A/C in the bedroom and main living area works really well. It's also walking distance to several restaurants and a market.

We stayed at this cute apartment ( above garage) for 2 nights after arriving in Bozeman. It was a very nice, clean apartment. Accessed with keypad which didn't always work, so we used key provided. It is easy to get to & convenient to many things in Bozeman. Nice kitchen, had washer/ dryer. Nice sitting area outside. Quiet neighborhood, good walking area. Great place to stay

This was the perfect spot for a week’s stay visiting the area and Yellowstone Park! It is very clean and we loved the area with the walking paths and pond. It is a great neighborhood with restaurants and stores close by too! We loved it!
