Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean with a nice balcony, and nighttime view of the falls. Dinner at the on site restaurant was excellent. An excellent place for a night away with my wife.

Enjoyed our quaint little room overlooking the river. The bed was comfy and the shower was drenching. The continental breakfast was sufficient and offered something for everyone. I would stay here again.

Perfect location - loved the breakfast area as well as Basilico restaurant. Great views in fall from the room! The room itself was very cozy with all required amenities! Wonderful customer experience from the staff - we were greeted by the reception with a personal guided tour of the property and our room. Would love to come back here for another relaxing vacation! Definitely recommended!

Staff was quick, knowledgeable, and friendly, The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. While the shower was small, it was clean and worked well with lots of hot water. The 6 AM coffee and Continental breakfast were great. Too many places have nothing open until 7 or later.

It’s a 150 year old house with a lot of character. We stayed in The Mews which is a 2 story motel like building next to the main house. It’s showing its age but it’s currently under renovation so they are working on upgrades. It’s was very clean and the view was amazing. The staff were really friendly. We’d definitely go back.

The check in process was easy and the lady at the desk walked us right to our room and gave a rundown of the room amenities. The property itself is beautiful especially on a warm, late summer day. The onsite Italian restaurant was fairly priced, the food and service quality were great! The only 2 things I wish were better, 1 - parking getting into spaces was a bit tight with my F150. 2 - water pressure and water temp in the shower. Neither of these are show stoppers and won't deter me from coming back.

The Inn's main building is a lovely Victorian-style home. We stayed in an adjacent building complex called The Mews. Our room was on the corner with a balcony on both sides. After supper at the on-site restaurant, we went back to our room for a drink on the balcony. We had just sat down to enjoy our drinks, overlooking the river and the patio where live music was being played, when our neighbour, who was smoking on his balcony, drove us inside. We were very disappointed because we had chosen this room so we could sit out and enjoy the view and the sound of the falls. There is no smoking in the rooms or anywhere else on the property, but we think this needs to be extended to the balconies as well, as cigarette smoke is so offensive.
