It's a very basic property with good pricing, and the location is ideal for us. The room was spacious, and breakfast was passable. Maid service is every other day, which is a big minus, IMHO.

This was a clean hotel with spacious rooms for families. The location is not necessarily walkable to food and shops, but certainly close and convenient to so many options. The pool is completely shaded in the afternoon, which is a bummer of you're seeking the sun, but it was a nice amenity. Hotel is about a 35min (+/-) drive to both Anna Maria Island and Siesta Key Beach.

I stayed for two nights on business. The breakfast had several options that were great. Staff were all respectful and friendly. Very close to shopping, dining and a short drive to the beach. I would stay here again while traveling for business.

Had no pwer for 4 days decided to get a hotel as soon as a room opened up... best decision I made! Room was more than expected very clean and everyone was so nice. Very quiet couldn't hear anything from other rooms. You by far have the best breakfast around! Waffles were amazing and had a bunch of options for the kids or anyone for that matter. 10 out of 10!
