Full refrigerator, air fryer, microwave and stove. Seating for 4 at the dining table and large picnic table outside. The club house, pool, gym and jacuzzi are close by. Private quiet street. BBQ and Pets are allowed. Very pet friendly park. Beautiful natural setting and nice breeze with trees and shade. One car parking

Very nice park and amenities. Plenty of activities if you you want to join.Kitchen could have more pots, pans and skillet. Unit was clean.

Centrally located
This property is centrally located to everything you need as a family and to the local beaches. This property is right of the interstate, although you don’t hear the interstate at all, which allows for direct access to many things. The property was as described. We spent time away with family mostly, but the clubhouse pool was a nice feature when we didn’t have other plans. The property manager and her family were great to work with and accommodating.
