Clean cozy home within walking distance of Olivet Nazarene University! A great place to bring the family as we are close to the Perry Farm Park and have bikes for the family to enjoy. The living room has a new 65-inch smart TV and very comfortable leather couch, loveseat & rocker recliner furniture to relax in. The kitchen is newly refurbished with all stainless steel appliances including the dishwasher microwave stove refrigerator. It is stocked with everything you need should you choose to make your meals at the home. All you need is the groceries! We do have some spices and oil for your use! There is a Keurig coffee pot with coffee creams and sugar for your enjoyment. The full tub and shower bathroom is bright and clean! The master bedroom has a king size bed with a 55" smart tv. The second bedroom has a super comfy queen size bed. The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed with 55" smart tv....a pack and play is in the home. We also have a queen-size airbed is also in the home. The home has forced air gas heat and central air to make sure that you're comfortable year-round. There's also a laundry room with complimentary detergent. There is a detached one-car garage for your use. We do have a charcoal grill if you wish to use with complimentary charcoal and lighter fluid. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The home is very conveniently located near restaurants shopping. As a host I do everything possible to ensure that you have an excellent visit! You may request anything and I will be sure to have it for you before you arrive. The home has a smart Lock for your safety and convenience of not having to use a key.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. A Smart television and a DVD player are provided for your entertainment, while complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected. The house was a great central location for a few destinations we were traveling to. It had ample space for three adults and added bonus of being able to bring a dog. Was clean, well kept, comfortable and the property manager was easy to get a hold of when we had a question. Good overall stay.

It was wonderful warm and cozy. A nice area near my old neighborhood and convenient to everything including my family. I gave it a 4 in cleanliness cause we found a dirty glass and sock stuffed in the sofa. Everything else was great!

Momence Genealogy and Quilt shopping trip
This was the perfect base for our 2 day stay in Bourbonnais. The home is immaculate, cleaned and prepared for receiving guests. We only needed the comfy king bed for the visit but all the bedrooms would accommodate a couple. Wi-Fi and multiple smart tvs supported the arrival welcome with well lighted rooms, and keyless entry. Communications were superb, as well as the guest summary binder at the house. Used the garage to park the car, but seemed to be a pleasant quiet neighborhood near the main north/south thoroughfare of Kankakee/Bourbonnais. A welcome basket with a few snack bars, updated, kitchen, washer/dryer, kitchen table, and large living room provided for at home comfort on this visit. Thanks and a big 5 stars to the host. It made this trip a wonderful summer adventure from Wausau, Wisconsin to Bourbonnais.

This rental was convenient for us to visit family near Olivet campus. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Home was very comfortable and furnished well. Kitchen was well stocked to prepare meals. I would recommend this rental and would stay again when visiting the area.

nice and quiet place
very nice place, great location. the ]issues we had - it had snowed and drive way, had not been shoveled and the sidewalk was only. shoveled half way and the front and sidedoor steps were iice covered.,. Neighbor dog barked but it was because it was cold and wanted to be taken in. temp was 0 to -5
