It offers on 360m2 living space with its 8 double rooms and a 4 beds family room enough space for 20 people for an unforgettable holiday or weekend stay and is suitable for both relaxing and for active sports. The adventure kitchen invites you to cook together or enjoy wonderful barbeques on the terrace at the 5-meter-long wooden table.

In addition to the bar, dining table and games table, the warm room also has a cozy lounge.

Sommerfest in Bräunlingen
Wir waren mit 20 Personen in der Unterkunft um unser Sommerfest zu feiern. Die Lage ist super, 5min mit dem Auto vom Südufer des Kirnbergsees entfernt. Supermärkte waren mit dem Auto auch schnell zu erreichen. Für 20 Personen war ausreichend Platz, sowohl an dem großen Esstisch, als auch im Wohnbereich und draußen auf der Terrasse. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen

Highly recommended place for large families staying at the Black Forest area
This place is awesome! Almost perfect. Located in a peaceful village surrounded by countryside scenery that is just amazing. The house is huge: On the upper floor, there are 2 large double-bed bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, in addition, there is another double-bed bedroom and 2 smaller bedrooms each of which with 2 twin beds. The 3 aforementioned bedrooms share a bathroom, there are also 2 large balconies facing South and North. The middle floor is similar to the upper floor except that the twin rooms are replaced by a double-bed bedroom with an attached smaller bedroom with 2 twin beds and the balconies are facing West and East. On the ground floor, there is a huge dining room capable of sitting 20 people at the same table and another dining area for 8 people. There is also a large living room with huge windows facing the Western view where cows are peacefully roaming the meadows. There is also a restaurant-like kitchen with several work areas, two refrigerators, two dishwashers, plenty of stove area, and a large oven. A microwave and some small kitchen appliances. Two sinks and many cupboards. The kitchen and dining room are equipped with all the necessary sets of plates, silverware, glasses, cups, mugs, utensils, etc. It allows for setting the table for 20 people while the dishwashers are still working on the previous sets (for 20. The ground floor also contains 2 restrooms each with two toilets. The house is very well-heated (we stayed in the first half of October) and the radiators are all over the place. The house was clean and the guidelines set by the owner were reasonable and clear. The is an enormous yard that includes a BBQ and a dining area with a 20-people capacity table. Parking area for 4-5 cars in front of the house and much more in the back but not suitable for rainy days as Regarding the owner and the lady that is the house manager, they were very nice and responsive. They responded immediately to the heating problems that we faced and fixed them on the same day. The drawbacks: [1] The beds and in particular the mattresses - they are simply uncomfortable and I recommend replacing them. As for the beds, they squeak which is a bit annoying. [2] The check-in process involves attendance of the housekeeping lady which is not suitable for all cases - for example, our flight was an hour late and we arrived after 11 PM, we paid extra 100 Euro for the late service, installing a key box would have allowed for special check-in cases.

Perfect property in a perfect location
We had a wonderful stay in the Black Forest and this property was perfect for our needs. It was very clean and the facilities were spot on. It accommodated 14 people easily and the little play area outside was ideal for the younger kids. The local lake was beautiful and the supermarket was only 10 minutes drive away. The owners met us on the first day and explained everything to us thoroughly. They then left us to it for the week and just returned on the last day to pick up the keys. We hadn’t realised that we would be charged a tourist tax in cash when we left but thankfully we had enough cash left to pay! I would thoroughly recommend this property and the Black Forest which is such a beautiful place to visit.

The house was a great place for our family vacation. The location of the house close to many Black Forest attractions. Für unsere jährliche Klausurtagung vom Fortschrittskolleg FUTURE WATER verbrachten wir zu zwölft, drei wundervolle Tage in diesem Haus. Die ruhige Lage, die Ausstattung des Hauses und die wundervolle Umgebung waren die perfekte Vorraussetzungen für das Gelingen unserer internen Tagung. Die sehr große und gut ausgestattete Küche lud zum gemeinsamen Kochen ein und stärkte somit auch unser Team. Wir würde jederzeit gerne wieder kommen. Viele Grüße und herzlichen Dank für alles.

Hervorragend geeignet für große Gruppen
Die Unterkunft ist ideal auch für größere Gruppen bis 20 Personen. Es ist angenehm ruhig, wenn man ein Arbeitstreffen machen möchte. Sehr schön auch der Blick in die Natur. Es gibt genug Platz für gemeinsames Essen, die Küche bietet die Möglichkeit für große Gruppen zu kochen. Professioneller Gasherd (leider war der Gas-Backoffen defekt, aber es stand ein kleinerer E-Herd als Ersatz zur Verfügung). Der Vermieter ist extrem hilfsbereit und nett. Als wir ein technisches Problem hatten war er sofort zur Stelle und hat nach Kräften geholfen.

Kurzurlaub im Haus Waldblick
Wir besuchten das Haus mit einer Gruppe von 12 Erwachsenen für 3 Nächte und bezogen eine Unterkunft, die für Menschen mit normalen Ansprüchen alles hergibt, was das Herz begehrt. Empfangen wurden wir von einem extrem netten und unkomplizierten Gastgeber, der uns das Anwesen nach einer eingehenden Führung übergab und später ohne jegliche Probleme wieder übernahm. Alles war sauber und mindestens so, wie im Angebot beschrieben.

Großfamilienurlaub
Leider war die Unterkunft sehr verstaubt und nicht gut geputzt. Der Rasen war nicht gemäht und überall lagen Glasscherben in der Wiese. So konnte der Garten von den anwesenden Kindern zwischen 0-9 Jahren nicht genutzt werden. Es gab auch keine Umzäunung und die Straße am Haus war schon befahren. In der Küche waren die Schränke nicht gut sortiert. Eine Spülmaschine war nicht benutzbar, ebenso der Bachofen. Am Geschirr waren viele Macken. Der Waschmaschinenschlauch war bei Ankunft geknickt und somit pumpte die Maschine nicht mehr ab. Konnte zum Glück von einem Gast repariert werden. Gasflasche ging auch am 2 Tag leer. Mussten wir auch selbst austauschen. In den Schlafzimmern gibt es keine Rollläden. Es fehlt an einer zuständigen Person vor Ort.

Bei dem Objekt handelt es sich um eine ehemalige Gastwirtschaft mit einer Menge Platz. Wir haben in dem Haus mit 16 Erwachsenen und 5 Kindern (bis 7) gut schlafen können. Die zahlreichen Schlafzimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Bäder sind funktional und völlig okay. Wir konnten in der großen Küche mit 5 Personen gleichzeitig rumwerkeln, was sehr angenehm war. Das Wohn- und Esszimmer bieten zum Essen und auch für das abendliche Zusammensein eine Menge Platz. Der Blick aus dem Wohnzimmer geht auf weite Wiesen mit ein paar Kühen und Pferden. Die Umgebung ist vielseitig. Der nahegelegene See ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Der Vermieter war super - jeder Austausch vor dem Aufenthalt war super gut, der Empfang war freundlich und bei der Abreise blieb auch nur ein guter Eindruck.

Familientreffen im Schwarzwald
In Rogers Unterkunft fanden wir den perfekten Treffpunkt für unsere grosse Familie. Vor allem die grosse Küche und die optimalen, gemütlichen Aufenthaltsräume haben es uns angetan. Hier konnten wir in zahlreicher Runde gemeinsam kochen, essen und zusammensitzen. Als Gastgeber war Roger ausnahmslos herzlich, zuvorkommend und sympathisch.
