Front Desk Service Sucks

No pick up at the airport because shuttle driver did not show up in the morning. No wake up call as requested at the front desk so had to take a cab to the airport to get there. Nearly missed my flight. Cab fares to/from airport cost as much as the room for a night.

1. Nothing around hotel. 2. Shopping Mall is 12 min driving. Take a Uber which cost around 13 euros. 3. Shower door was not sealed, all water went out. 4. Phone was not working, you should go to the reception for any request. 5. Very clean 6. Airport shuttle leave you in Terminal 2B. You can walk to the other terminal easily.

Very clean budget stay.

This hotel is very convenient for short stays before flights at CDG. The staff was terrific. The hotel is very clean. It is a rather simple place, freshly renovated inside. The shuttle service is very handy for pick up and delivery to CDG.

The wifi did not work. The airport shuttle was unreliable. The hotel is OK, but it seems that it is not managed well. If this continues, the hotel will get worse. It isn't bad, but there were some lapses in service.

We waited for the free shuttle from 6:05pm to 7:28pm. I called the property 3 times and they never answered. Our room was close to the elevator and the dining woke us up all night long. There were no plates available for breakfast. I would never stay here again nor would I recommend it.

My husband and I arrived late and needed a night in a comfortable and clean room and Geographotel was a perfect spot. The rooms are small as with Parisian standards but they were clean and quiet and allowed us to sleep comfortably.

Other than the free shuttle I would never stay here. The hotel phones don’t work to contact them for shuttle so you wait. The shower doors don’t lock, the safe doesn’t work, the front desk staff don’t care and the cleaning staff don’t clean properly. I spilt makeup powder in the sink left came back the beds were made towels replaced but makeup still in the sink. Not impressed at all

The outside is terribly ran down… The rooms are decently clean… The hallways could use some sprucing up. The breakfast could be better but nice to have. The shuttle driver drives crazy but saved money not getting an Uber. A solid three stars.
