Great location. Fully renovated with nice heated indoor pool. Free breakfast better than most. Walk to restaurants. Right next to Titanic exhibit.

Plenty of room, but one bed was broken
The room was larger than other rooms we’ve stayed in, which was great for our family of six. Breakfast was good. The pool was a little too cold, but the hot tub was nice. The beds were comfortable, but the hide-a-bed was broken, so it squeaked loudly every time the kids rolled over. It made for a really poor night of sleep for me (a light sleeping mom).

First trip to Branson
The staff was great, very friendly and obviously enjoyed working at the Best Western. The only objection we had was the sink faucets. They were very difficult to turn on and off because you had to lift the handle. We did enjoy the two sinks, made it easy to get ready in the morning. We would definitely recommend this Hotel. The concierge ( Alicia) was amazing.
