the room was clean and comfortable, and easy to get in and out and affordable, However there is a small dog on site that goes up to the breakfest bar and stares at you while you are eating, I like dogs, but do not want them in my eating area, Also Branson is an area that many elderly visit and this dog is underfoot, someone is going to fall because of the dog, it also barks at delivery guys when they come in. last I think they need to hire pest control or get them in I killed 3-4 small roaches about 1/8 to 1/14 inch in size.

Great value resort
It was a very nice place for the value. Clean and the breakfast was delicious. The beds were so so comfortable, but the place was clean and in a great location .

Very nice property. Great price. Free hot breakfast, and free cookies, ice cream and cobbler every night from 9-11pm. Friendly staff. Only negative was the lady working breakfast on Saturday morning. She brought her dog to wrk with her and it wet & pooped in 2 places in the breakfast area. A guest had to go tell the lady in the back kitchen area to come clean it up. She cleaned up the poop but not the pee. You could see several spots on the carpet where the dog had peed and it has not been cleaned up.

2nd trip this year to Branson stayed here both times would highly recommend rooms are great breakfast was great cobbler and ice cream at night was a plus and always have to visit the mascot Lilly will be back next spring

Liked the location. It was quiet. Really enjoyed late night cobbler and ice cream. It was clean. Beds were not bad. Could use a little updating. Need to check hair dyers. The one we had in 212 only worked on low and took a long time to dry. But overall a good place to stay.
