The hotel was far enough out of town for privacy but close enough to get to shows quickly. The room was just what we needed and very well furnished. I would definitely stay there again!

Just say no to sales pitch!
If booking on Hotels.com for this property, it is a time share and u will be asked to attend a “sales pitch “. Don’t do it, unless you don’t have anything else to do! Otherwise, condo was fine with a few switches that didn’t work, and parking can be very challenging if u are arriving after dark.

We have always enjoyed this resort. However, we had water soaked carpet in the bedroom, we assumed it from heavy rain. However we told the staff about the problem early morning. However, they never came. When we return later that evening no had come and the room had a strange smell. It so late we just closed off the bedroom and slept on couch.

We didnt like that the hot tub and pool close at 10pm. Why not just allow adults only until 11? One of the pipes backed up in the furnace closet so the carpet was wet in the livingroom/table area many days and smelled not good too. The shower needs a working handle. The big tub doesnt have enough hot water to supply it, we had to boil water on the stove to dump into the tub. We like the activities provided by Wyndham, the pool was clean, the location is good. It also was a safe place. Parking wasn't always good.

Pros: Very family friendly environment. Great location from all of what Branson has to offer. All staff members were nice and courteous. Very affordable. Cons: As soon as you step foot on the property you are asked to set down for a special 90 minute presentation to purchase time shares and in exchange for discounted entertainment tickets and meal vouchers. And when you opt out, they call you three different times to schedule the presentation. No thanks. Also, we were in-between floors and could hear every foot step that the above guest made, floors squeaked and popped. Did not make for the greatest morning sleep-in. Besides the cons, we would definitely recommend, 5 out of 5 stars.
