The front desk attendant Bonnie was very welcoming & so ffiendly upon check-in, and very helpful during our stay. We also checked out with Bonnie who thanked us for staying at the hotel. Also, the employee helping with arranging for us to purhase Show tickets was great. We saw 6 Shows & she was able to arrange & order our tickets for us which saved us time in trying to do so ourselves!

The carpet in our room was so dirty that my husbands white socks were black on the bottom as soon as he walked accross the room. These were fresh socks that he just put on, Room 315 The air conditioner has a fowl smell. Old water in it maybe? IDK The staff were very pleasant and helpful Breakfast was good. Fix the carpet and the horrible smell and I could rate my stay as excellent.

The hotel is very clean and the staff was amazing. Very helpful and friendly. The rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable. The one and only downfall is the age of the hotel, but that is the case in Branson with many hotels. It is nice to support the older organizations as new ones are going up everywhere but are twice the price for the same room.

The staff were amazing and very friendly. They gave us everything we asked for. The property needs some love though. Everything is outdated and stained or wasn’t working. The beds were very nice and comfortable but I wish we would have gotten our beds freshened when asked instead of just given the sheets to donut ourselves.

A women's retreat and we couldn't have picked a better place. Has the old hotel vibe with good breakfast, genuine caring customer service. This hotel even had a gift shop. The front desk strives to give you a 5 star experience.
