Loved the hotel. Clean comfy rooms and hotel staff was friendly and excellent. One of us has Celiac and the hotel reached out in advance to work with her to have breakfast items she could eat. Highly recommend. Location is perfect too.

I would highly recommend this hotel! We have stayed here about 3 times and we will always come back! It is also the perfect location , close to The Mansion theater and Sights and Sound Theater!

Everyone was so friendly! Breakfast was relaxed and the staff in the kitchen were so helpful, welcoming and kind. We did not get to enjoy the pool due to not enough time, but it looked clean and very nice. Most comfortable bed ever!! We will be back!

This property is located close to restaurants , theaters in this part of the city , and very clean and well maintained . The breakfast area and choices were very good . The gift shop off of the lobby offers both gifts and a ticket service to help guests enjoy all that Branson has to offer for entertainment and family attractions . All this and staff that are friendly and professional

Beautiful older hotel. Very clean and quiet even when it is full. Rooms are large, beds comfortable. Pool and hot tub were great, didn't try the sauna. Just a run away trip with my husband. Gift shop in lobby and you can buy your show tickets at hotel. Perfect location in the middle of everything, but not on the strip with traffic and noise. Would definitely be my go to spot. Staff was amazing we even added an extra night with no problem.

Great stay
Staff was very friendly. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good and had many choices. My family and I would definitely stay here again the next time we come back to Branson.

It's our second time to stay this hotel. Unluckily, we got first floor room. Kind of noisy. The worst part is the rest room is very small and stinks. The sink wasnt work. All the gross trush came up from the drain pipe. And bugs crawling around the sink. I took a video to show the front desk, they sent someone to fix the sink, but the stinky smell never gone. So we run to walmart to buy air fresher. We paid 150 dollars per night for 3 star hotel, but we felt like we stayed in a 49 dollars motel. REALLY DISAPPOINTED 😥
