The exercise room was in very poor condition. Equipment broken, no water, or ventilation. No service to rooms. Gathered dirty linens and trash which was placed outside of door. Location very convenient for shows and restaurants. Staff very kind!

The location was awesome for what we did. The service was amazing! The bed wasn't very comfortable. We ended up sleeping on the pull out. It was clean and nice but could use some updates. We would stay again...

fungus on bottom of shower mat. slow draining shower ( over 2in of water standing when we got out of shower, separately). Was there 3 nights. No one checked on towels nor made the bed, no service at any time but left envelope to leave tip in.

We won’t stay here again, thought we were staying in an upscale hotel, turn’s out this place is a bit worn out. The staff are rude, so packed with tour buses they chase you out of the breakfast area. Lady just grabbed our plates, started wiping the table into our laps while telling us times up we have to go. Very unpleasant.
