Welcome to Summit Breeze! We have sought to equip our home to a high standard and to anticipate your needs for a comfortable stay. The house is close to Chateau Mountain amenities (within walking distance) - indoor/outdoor pool, pickleball court, basketball court, and playground. The house has 10 bedrooms! 6 are ensuite bedrooms, and 2 fun bunk rooms. As you walk into the home, you will notice the beautiful lakeview from inside the home. The main level deck is amazing, with plenty of seating and a propane grill. The living area has a fireplace and a big screen TV. Plenty of dining seating for the whole group - Just added an additional dining table. The lower level has a pool table, foosball, big screen TV, and arcade. The lower level leads to another deck with lake views, a hot tub, and fire pit. Plenty of parking out front and close to community amenities. Bedroom layouts are as follows:

Main Level - (1) King Bedrooms, (1) King Bedroom w/twin daybed and trundle, (1) bunk room with 4 twins

Upper Level - (2) King Bedrooms, (1) King Bedroom w/twin daybed and trundle

There were 18 of us including 6 couples. There wasnt a single bedroom that wasn't spacious, beautiful and perfect for a single or a couple. The 2 bunk rooms were great

A Week In Branson
We stayed at Summit Breeze for a week. We had 29 people ranging from 1-79 years old in the home. It was a really good home for our group. It was very close to the pool house, playground, and ball courts. Cindy was very responsive to any issue that arose in a timely manner. We were very thankful for the second full sized fridge in the basement, which was pretty new and was not shown in the listing pictures. Thanks Cindy!

Wonderful scenic view
Beautiful area! Communication with host was easy and she replied quickly. Hot tub didn’t have any chlorine in the floaty but I contacted the host and she would have had the maintenance person come if I would have notified her sooner but we had been gone all day. Loved the location! Had a wonderful time!

Great Retreat Location
We had our summer staff retreat for our small. Christian school at this house. It was the perfect place for us. We had enough room in the living room to meet all together but the multiple levels allowed us to have breakout sessions. The kitchen was great for meal times. The games, amenities, and proximity to Branson provided plenty to do during free time. We will be back.

Beautiful home
It was a beautiful home with the Lakeview off the decks. The bedrooms where arrange perfect with variations. King size beds with trundle beds great for little ones. The layout of home was great very roomy . Cindy always got back quickly to me if i needed something. Very strongly looking into a return trip in 2025.

Spectacular View and Home
The pictures do not give this property justice. The entire home is spectacular with large rooms, fantastic amenities, and beautiful views. Our family of 22 from ages 18 months to 68 had a fabulous time. The game room was a hit with the kids although the shooting game was broken, they had so much fun with the pac-man game and pool table. We especially enjoyed the hot tub at the end of each day. Another great feature was the fact that you could not hear anyone on each of the floors which was nice when you wanted to rest.

We sooo enjoyed our stay!!! Our home was immaculate!!! There were a few glitches when we first arrived but when I called Cindy they were taken care of immediately!! The pool and pickle ball court were great and the outside decks with our view were wonderful. It is exactly like the pictures online. Thanks for a great time!!

Family Reunion 2023
The house is great, very well kept and super clean. The only issues are that for a house that holds 31 people, it is not well stocked with practical pots and pans. There is no large fry pan, no griddle (for pancakes, sausage, bacon, etc.) and only one coffee pot. The coffee pot needs to be retired as it takes a full 30 minutes to make a single pot of coffee.

Great Escape on TableRock Lake
Wow! This place was Awesome! We had our 4 sons with their spouses and 9 grandchildren and there was a bedroom that we didn’t use!! It’s hard finding places that can house all of us but this 1 delivered! It was very clean, 2 dishwashers, 2 stoves and 2 microwaves along with enough bathrooms and KING sized beds!! The view of the lake was amazing and there was video games for the kiddos and a pool table for the adults with tvs in most of the rooms! The hot tub was great too! Bottom deck had a fire pit which we used every evening!! Cindy was always a phone call away and helped with everything and I also got to meet Mary because I had left 2 paintings that we bought at the Landing and she met me with them-very nice!! It was a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this place!! It was clean, plenty of towels and fully stocked kitchen!! Love this place!!

Amazing house, location, and host!
The house was breathtaking and the view was awesome. It was massive and fully stocked with so many plates, utensils, and other items that house rentals never have that made our stay really seamless. There were just a couple small hiccups that we came across but Cindy was on top of it quickly and got it resolved. If we go back to Branson, we will 100% be staying here again.
