This place would be an almost perfect condo if they would have put handicap rails in the shower in the master bathroom and also a rail to help you get in and out of the tub in the guest bathroom we brought our 85-year old old dad and it was rough on him with nothing to hold onto in the shower. We did bring him a shower chair but he still needed a rail to help steady him and then for us the tub was a little slippery so it would have been nice having a little rail to hold onto just to steady getting in and out but other than that it is a beautiful home with some great amenities and we did a lot of cooking so we enjoyed the kitchen and the cookware they have . I had brought my own Instant pot, but I didn’t have to use mine as they had one so that was cool. We did have issues with some TVs not working and remotes with dead batteries, but they got right on it and fixed that right away. They had a new cable box the next day for the cable box as it was not working. They were very helpful. They also allowed us to bring our little trailer that we hauled all my dad’s handicap stuff in. We had made sure it was preapproved prior to coming so we had no issues bringing it in. That was very helpful. Beautiful condo

Nice size condo and decor. Never could get the cable to work in the bedrooms. Followed directions left in the guide book,still didn’t work, and it was really aggravating.

Very nice condo

This is a very nice condo...well stocked, very nicely decorated, comfortable beds, high end appliances and furnishings. The property is beautiful and offers a good variety of activities for all ages. We stayed for a long weekend but this property would also be great for a longer stay. We were very happy with our stay and will definitely choose this condo again.....thank you for a great weekend.

Beautiful respite

The accommodations at this location were top of the line. Every detail was accounted for. The location was ideal for all attaction but also allowed for peace from other travelors. We would recommend this families for sure and will be sure to look to stay here again.

I have stayed at several different condos in Pointe Royale and really liked this floorplan. My only negative is for short people as the kitchen cabinets are hung too high. I am 5'2" and had a hard time reaching things on the 2nd shelf, forget the third. Even my 5'4" friend had a hard time. Everything else was great.

Lacking safety hand rails in the Walk in shower is rough for the seniors

Was a very nice updated place but we never heard from the host or any response to our questions prior to our arrival or during our stay and no one checked in on us either. This is unusual as the other place we stay at is very personable but was unavailable for dates this time. The places we previously have stayed in with walk in showers had safety bars. Our bad to assume this would be the same here. For our elderly dad who we brought with us the shower was a nightmare even though we got him a shower chair. Due to nothing to hold on to help steady him. The tub in the other bathroom was quiet slick and no rails for us either to help us in and out so was not fun slipping. If this place had safety hand rails and the host responded to questions etc it would have been 5 stars. Loved the kitchen and fridge and microwave and the instant pot was nice as I usually have to bring mine but did not since it posted they had one. And we used it. If they get rails in place we will be back. Just a little more help for the elderly needs to be in place.

My family really enjoyed our stay and this condo. It was nicely decorated, bathrooms had great water pressure, beds were comfortable, plenty of space for all. 3 TVs with cable, My boys enjoyed the shuffle board table and Xbox game system. Swimming pool wasn't busy. Front security gate entry was also nice. Kitchen appliances were upgrade too. Overall, great stay!

Great condo!

One of the best condo's we've stayed in at Pointe Royale! Perfect in every way. We had a great time relaxing and enjoying our time at this unit which was on the ground level and we even got to use the gas grill. We went to relax and that is exactly what we did! Definitely recommend this unit and when going back, will try to book. Thank you.

This condo was attractively updated with comfortable king bedding, wonderful showers and generous amenities. We did have a problem with rainwater seeping iron carpet around a corner in 1 of the bedrooms, but this was addressed by the maintenance crew in a timely fashion. I would recommend a full size ironing board for this unit, instead of the small countertop one. We walked to the golf course clubhouse for a delicious breakfast several times. Would reccommend a stay in this condo. Very nice!
