Hot tub out of order and wasn’t aware until after arrival. Trouble getting checked in. Bathroom light in our room was flickering our entire stay. I always stay here when I go to Branson and this stay was very unsatisfactory!

The indoor pool could have been warrmer and the hot tub was out of commission, but everything else was great. Everything was very clean, the price was right and they had a wide variety of food to choose from for breakfast.

First the positives. The staff were very friendly & the location was not bad. It is hilly but this is the Ozarks. The negatives. The main thing is when we turned the heater on it caused the smoke alarm to go off & it smelled awful. Thankfully we were in a suite so we had another heater. It did the same as the 1st but the smell wasn’t as bad & the alarm stopped fairly quickly.

The room was very clean. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The towels and washcloths were soft and fluffy. The front desk staff l We’re friendly and efficient. There were plumbing issues, I was switched from a king bed to a double queen room because of that. When I got to my room, there was no water. However, they were working on it and had it fixed within about 40 Minutes. The hot tub was broken and could not be used.

The swimming pool is in a separate building so it requires a short walk outside; the upside is it seems to be open at all times since you are given a code to enter. The grands loved that!

this hotel is always clean and quiet, do wish they would honor my request for the room with king bed and walk in shower handicapped accessible instead of having to climb over the tub wall and sit on a moveable stool.
