Average stay, relatively clean. Expected more since the last unit we stayed at was awesome. The beds in building K were not comfortable. Staff at towel exchange not friendly. Pizza staff at Pizza World were excellent! We will rethink our next stay.

Beautiful setting and quiet. Loved being at lakeside condo! We will definitely be back. There were only a couple of little things: 1. Carpets are old and pretty dirty looking in a couple of areas. 2. Kitchen could use paper towels and a few more plates. 3. I miss the toiletries they used to provide.4. There was no cart to bring in coolers and luggage.

Rather than spend money on a lot of artificial greenery, it would be more helpful to have a few coffee filters and a box of Kleenex available. Not sure why it's important to take out the trash before leaving. The view from the lakefront condos is beautiful. Close to Silver Dollar City and the shuttle is very convenient.

We arrived and the check in process was good, friendly staff, clear communication. However, when we arrived at our room, it seemed like the only cleaning done from the previous guest’s stay was to switch the towels and bed linens. The bathroom was dirty, wet urine on the back of the toilet and dried ironed on the toilet lid. The tub was dirty and there were fingernail clippings in the carpet. The staff immediately sent someone who cleaned the toilet and bathtub, which was great, but they didn’t offer anything other than that. We aren’t the super squeaky wheel type, so we just advised them of the condition and observed how they responded. The amenities included in our stay price were nice, free kayaks and water pedal bikes. You have to pay quite a bit extra to rent the motor craft and need a boater’s license before you can operate them. Overall, it was okay. The beds were comfortable enough. You do have to exchange your bathroom or bed linens piece for piece of you want them changed and do it yourself; there is no maid or room service during your stay. If we go back to Branson, we would try to find something different next time, we would probably look into staying farther out of Branson or at a smaller hotel inside Branson before we looked into booking here again. All staff we came into contact with were very friendly, and they do seem to at least take care of issues quickly if it’s during their office hours. If something happens outside of those times, I’m not sure.

We loved everything about this property except the beds and pillows. The mattresses are terrible, no support at all. We loved the fact that they have a shuttle tp Silver Dollar City. It was nice to be picked up right from our room and dropped off at the entrance. They will come back and pick you up at the same location. They now have food trucks at the entrance with cornhole and other fun games. On the property niw also they have a great area called Thirtys and a Mexican food truck with tvs, tables and outdoor couches. They have picnic tables and fire pits. That was alot of fun, but Thirtys is WAY overpriced. I have stayed here befire and definitely will be back with our family.

I reserved what I thought would be a spacious studio apartment but what I got was a cramped up regular hotel room with two queen sized beds, a stove, and refrigerator. It was adequate but not very comfortable

Great location and fun for entire family!
My entire family enjoyed this resort. There were lots of activities for the kids each day and we all liked the water options at the marina. The pools were great, but would’ve been even better if they were heated! Rooms were comfortable and laid out really well. We had everything we needed. Food and drink options were fantastic. We loved the resort and location and plan to come back!

What I most liked was the cleanliness of the rooms! We use a black light to check for cleanliness and we did NOT find anything that was questionable! The only thing I didn’t care for was the rooms are outdated and the duvet’s are very heavy. But the cleanliness of the property and rooms far outweigh the dated rooms. This was a girls trip and we talked about planning another trip with the whole family before we left! I would recommend this place!

We had the best time!! This property does not disappoint. Staff was fantastic and property is very well maintained with tons of things to do. We enjoyed the hot tubs and the mini golf. Loved the location and our room was beautiful. We will definitely be back!!!
