Overall our stay at Still Waters Resort was good. Just a few issues inside our room. We stayed in building G on the bottom floor in a hotel room with two queen beds. One thing that could’ve been better was the noise from other rooms. Every time a shower was on or someone flushed the toilet we could hear the water in the walls.. It sounded like a rush of water was coming out of the walls. We didn’t have any dish soap and none at the little store to buy. Our room didn’t have a phone, which isn’t a huge issue but would’ve been nice in case of an emergency. We had bath towels and one hand towel but no wash rags. All in all our stay was good and the pizza we ordered for New Year’s Eve was good. Would stay again but maybe in a bigger room, in a newer unit.

Convenient to Silver Dollar City, comfortable and clean. We thought we'd use the shuttle service but never did. My only complaint/concern was the hot water in the bathroom. It took a while to heat up and it was inconsistent. It would be super hot and then get lukewarm and then get hot again without touching the nozzles.

Great Time
We had a wonderful relaxing time! Money well spent. The bathroom in the unit we stayed in is in need of some cosmetic repairs. We went to participate in the Winter Wonderland to get Coffee at the coffee bar. We do decaf coffee but they didn’t offer any decaf so that was a bit of a letdown.

The beds were hard, room and restroom were dirty full of dust and dirty floors, the hot water stopped coming out while i was showering my son, my husband had to boil water to be able to shower with warm water. There wasnt enough kitchen utensils available like it was described on the resort ameneties when I booked our stay. The slidding door does not have an appropriate lock just a bar to put on the glass door which doesnt seem safe enough, too expensive for our stay an experience at this resort.

Good place for family, missed few amenities.
The check in was pretty smooth even with the timeshare spiel at the end. Rooms were spacious and kitchen was fully stocked with appliances. Would have been nice to get at a minimum some coffee in the room. No room service during stay. Room was fairly clean, few spots on carpet and elsewhere due to wear and tear. We had a beautiful view of the lake and we also got a chance to visit their Christmas activity event, which my toddler absolutely loved. Overall, it was a good stay. Internet and cable were not working during most of our stay.

We decided a condo was the best option for us since we have a 1 year old that needs plenty of room to roam and play. This place is just a couple minutes from SDC which was so convenient. The room was clean and quiet! The check in and check out process was a walk in the park! We also liked all the extra activities the resort offered.

This property was in serious need of a renovation at least 10 years ago. There were very visible stains on the very brown carpeting. The furniture was extremely worn. There was rust on the ceiling in the bathroom. The walls were paper, thin and we heard every conversation, every child playing or screaming and even people’s “adult fun“. Zero toiletries or provided and the resort didn’t send out information about that until the day of our stay. I would not stay here again.

The stay was pretty good. There were 4 of us in a 2 bedroom and it was great to have a living room too. Were able to play cards or just hang out together. Only complaint was that the master bathroom was so cold. The tile floor was freezing and we had to make sure the bathroom doors were closed so pur room didn't freeze. Also, the bathroom is so big and had a small shower
