Liked: Cleanliness, room comfort
Found a great deal on their Presidential Suite and felt my wife and I could splurge just a bit. Lots of room to spread out and relax. Of course on the top floor so there were very high vaulted ceilings and a ceiling fan suspended from there. Hard to reach so it had lots of caked on dust that was evident when not running. Half bath in living area had a toilet that wouldn’t flush because the chain was off the flapper valve so I took the lid off the tank, stuck my hand in the tank and reattached. The toilet in the bedroom area was VERY loose from the floor and rocked terribly. Had a jetted tub that we didn’t use but faucet was leaking on it. I did report all this at checkout and they just said they would make a note of it.
The price was very good but you should expect better maintenance of their presidential suite (or any room for that matter).

No one ever came to our room for housekeeping the entire time we were there Friday thru Wednesday. Had to get our own towels, tp, soap, Kleenex, trash liners and washcloths out of their housekeeping closet. Put our trash outside every 2 days but no one ever checked on us. When we checked in it was the hard sell to watch a video about their other properties and after telling her 3 times no her entire attitude changed. Only highlight was the restaurant which was very good and nice staff. Will not stay here again. When checking out told the hotel staff that no service was given and she was shocked but no discount was offered which should have happened since we did housekeeping’s job.
Breakfast buffet was good and fresh. Bed was not comfortable and noise level in the room was a bit loud at times. Checked out a day early due to not being able to sleep on the bed. Wasn't offered a refund for checking out a day early.
Good place for the price. Good location. Booked through Expedia and when booking eere told of food and drink credits we'd be given. Sounds like it was a mixup between expedia and the hotel.
Avoid at all costs if you are a wheelchair user.
Parking is a free for all. I was only able to get a spot in the disabled section on our last night. Overflow has an incline so steep that i would have had to sleep in my car had i been traveling alone. Contrast this with my stays at the Best Western down the road 10 years ago where I had no issues with parking. Breakfast buffet has no dedicated disabled seating and you will be fighting to get by booster seats and garbage carts to get around. Food is all on high tables and was not easy to get from a seated position. Its also your only shot at free coffee aside from the small stash in the room. The perimeter of the dining area has a raised transition on the floor that is difficult to get over.
Check in has a low counter that was not attended and count on waiting longer than necessary as they are also trying to arrange tickets for the attractions for guests despite there being a dedicated concierge.
The building was probably very nice in Its prime but is suffering from neglect. Beer cans and cigarette butts near the entrance. Our bathroom soap was opened and used. Little hairs all over the floor as if someone did some man scaping (can provide picture). Beds were clean although there were bottle caps under them. As noted by others, the air conditioner frequently blew cold air in winter.
Overall, staff was as helpful as they could be although it was obvious they had no clue about interacting with someone needing accommodations.
Rooms were quiet and comfortable but furnishings were dated. They push at check in to buy into a time share and sit through at meeting that lasts a couple hours. We come to enjoy our trip and not sit through this.
I love the location. Everyone was very friendly. The only 2 problems were the food in the bar on Sunday evening took an hour & 1/2 to get to us. The other suggestion I would make is to get some silverware that is a little stronger for the breakfast buffet. That was really terrible. I broke 2 forks. I know there is better plastic silverware than that. Other than that, our stay was lovely.
