Very good

Originally we were assigned a room on the 4th floor and discovered that all the rooms were being renovated on that floor and not useable. Staff was great and gave us another room on the 9th floor which was great. It was early January and not much was happening in the area but the staff did a good job in helping us find things. The server at the breakfast location was very helpful.
We went on the off season for Branson so wasn’t much today the hotel was clean everyone was nice the only real complaints I would have was not hot water we just dealt with it cause wasn’t a huge problem and they were deep cleaning so they had all the furniture in the hallways other then that a great place to stay we would stay again
Everything was great! It would have been nice to know to bar was closed but they still offered breakfast in the morning so that was nice! Love this hotel all in all.
The staff is amazing here. Check in was easy. The room did need some help with cleaning but not to the point I wouldn't stay again. The morning breakfast is a huge plus.

The stay was alright. Not much staff, you have to request to have the room cleaned. The pillows were rather small and flat, bed was rather lumpy. The small cafe had closed for the winter, but you would think “coffee” would be readily available. It was quiet, parking was a bit ridiculous. For us it was a simple getaway after the holidays. Just for the location I would probably stay again, but I would definitely find something else to stay in the summer.
The hotel was very nice but it needs updated badly. Our bed was lumpy and so soft that we woke each other up when turning. It was a king size. The rooms just needs to be updated with outlets for phones and such too. The breakfast was just okay, nothing to write home about. The workers were top notch! They did awesome.

Oh my goodness, where do i even start. On the first day of arrival we was met with the front desk lady that was just straight up rude. It was Christmas day and maybe she was mad she had to work that day. I don't know but with what it cost my family and i to stay there for a week i expected a little more. The pictures you see on the website are deceiving. there was a no smoking sign at the front of the building, yet there were thousands of cigarette butts all over just making the place look trashy, the parking lot an ditches had trash all over the place. While walking to our room on the 4th floor, just about every door room entry had trash piled up outside the doors, i later found out why. NO housekeeping, no trash bags, so everyone was just running out of room to put all their trash. For 2 adults & 1 child our room had 2 towels & 2 rags for a whole week & it was absolute hell trying to get anyone to give us what we need for our stay. We had to literally go around looking for housekeeping carts just to get some towels for our room. Our bathroom wasn't cleaned well, there was mold behind the door & in the shower. Out of a 6 day stay, we had 4 mornings with cold showers. We went down to the bar one evening after a day out town & no one was around to service us. We waited 15 mins to just be ignored. After day 3 i was livid and went to talked to the manger about all that had happened & he wasn't very concern. name was nick i cant finish my review cause i ran out of room 0 stars
