, I loved the friendliness of the staff. They were willing to answer questions. Room service was great as well, I called for more towels, and they were there within 10 minutes. The room was very spacious, and the 5th floor view was fantastic. I would love to bring my whole family down next year. ,

It is nice!
I stayed for one night. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. I didn’t care much for the buffet breakfast, as you have to dine in only, when you eat. Sometimes it’s nice to be able to grab and go so you can finish getting ready in the morning. Nor did I like the check out time being 10am. Otherwise for the short stay it was nice overall. 😊

Great place to stay room options is amazing, right on the strip where you have so much you can walk to like the wonder works museum, and the aquarium. The breakfast buffet is excellent and very tasty options.Definitely recommend to stay here.

We had the fire alarm go off twice-1st time we were evacuated and they did not let all guest know when clear. Within an hour it went off again-there was no one letting guest know it was ok

It’s a good hotel for the price point. Like most of Branson, the hotel is older and shows it. The room was basic, but clean. We stayed two nights and there was no housekeeping. We ended up having enough linens so it worked out okay.

I reserved an "updated" room with double beds. Furniture was scratched up, carpet had stains, fabric chair had stains, behind the commode was dirty, bathroom door was scratched and stripped towards the bottom.
