This place has quite a view to the east where we watched the sun come up every morning. The place was comfortable and kitchen was adequate.

Good stay
We have stayed at Notch Estates a few different times, but this was the first time to stay at this condo. We love the location, and how close it is to Silver Dollar City. The outdoor space was nice. The floors could have been a bit cleaner. The bed was comfortable. Overall it was a nice stay.

One of the best.
We have visited Branson 5 times within the past 3 years. Each time, we stayed at a different place, primarily to find out the variety of what was available, the location, the convenience of getting in/out, parking, the amenities, to see if we would ever want to stay there again, etc. The Notch experience has been the best of our Branson visits. The condo was beautiful and stocked with many extra items. YES, we would stay there again!

Great location, great scenery.
We loved this location and its amenities. Wonderful for a couple or small family (like ours). Really, the ONLY downside was the trail to the lake. We handled it just fine, but it really should be advertised as a rugged trail at a steep grade. Sturdy shoes are a must as well as an ability to traverse a hill straight down and up for 1/4 - 1/3 mile. Beautiful lake and deck once we got there! We'd book this location again.

The place was cute and cozy. Enjoyed it being decorated for the holidays complete with a tree. On the downside we paid for an extra night and got back to the property after 9pm and it was 28 degrees and raining and we were locked out. The person in charge of the rental did not let the owner know that we extended our stay. The owner was very kind when we called her and had the door opened immediately. The only other thing is there isn't a dishwasher and the water faucet in the bathroom sink is broken. However,overall it was precious and comfortable. Very quite location.

Wonderful and Cozy
CLean and very roomy. Well stocked kitchen...utensils, pots, pans, dishes, as well as some spices, coffee, etc. The area is quiet with nice hiking trails nearby. Not too far away is a Walmart and a grocery store. Silver Dollar City is very close, although we didn't go there. Branson is also a short drive.
