We stayed here for a basketball tournament and were extremely disappointed. The lobby was closed when we arrived, with no clear directions for check-in. The process was cold—no welcome, no info—just handed a room key.
The pool was closed, which was never communicated, and the elevator situation was awful (only one working). We were on the 6th floor and had to take the stairs most of the time.
Housekeeping never came. We had to make our beds, take out trash, and go get our own towels and clean sheets due to stains. After a long day of games, my daughter couldn’t shower because there were no clean towels in the room.
We discovered breakfast by accident. Staff was loudly complaining about how much food people were taking, making it uncomfortable. No instructions on where to leave dishes, and staff disappeared mid-service.
Checkout was rushed and dismissive, and when we asked about a refund due to all the issues, we were told management wasn’t available until Monday. Later, our refund was denied because we “fulfilled our reservation” per our travel site.
We also witnessed a family checking out early due to finding a roach, and the staff’s response was “what would you like me to do?”—unprofessional and unacceptable.
This stay was stressful, and the lack of communication, cleanliness, and accountability made it worse. I would not recommend this hotel to families or teams.
