Literal worst case scenario for traveler
I booked and paid for a room. I tried to check in around 2pm (check in is at 3) and they wouldn’t let me. I told them I wouldn’t be able to be back until after midnight. When I return after midnight they tell me they gave my room to someone else/ no rooms available. Since I booked through you they offered no help. Neither did you when they tried to find a new room at 12:30am. You guys couldn’t either. I have now no where to stay, it’s after midnight and I’m 5 hours from my home. Thanks alot guys. If someone can book, pay, show up twice and still not get a room. What confidence does anyone have to use your site ever again? I could not be more dissatisfied I was put in a terrible position forced to drive home all night in no condition to drive, with no sleep. Dangerous and negligent on your behalf.

I'd go somewhere else.
Cola heads sitting outside when you arrive. Looks like the projects. Rooms were surprisingly not as bad as the rest of the property. The rooms looked like a college dorm. The bathroom was clean. Staff was rude and tries to scam people using services like hotels . com. They say they are overbooked and it's first come but the room was already paid for. After showing proof, suddenly they had a room.

Do no Book with Hotels.com
Do not book with Hotels.com my stay was overbooked, and it took 2 hours on the phone to get me an alternative at Red Roof Inn which was absolutely disgusting! Not to mention this cost me potentially thousands of dollars in missed revenue due to being on hold for 2 hours. Will never use or recommend again!

Hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. Room not very clean- crumbs on counter, hair in shower. Bed was ok. Desk agent very polite. Sorry but I won’t stay here again.

My reservation was canceled without notice. I arrived at 12:15am the day of my arrival. There was no one at the front desk. I called extended stay customer service who tried to reach the night attendant. They indicated the hotel was booked and they tried to reach me to let me know (they didn't). I had to find another hotel & they're still trying to charge me for the stay.

When you go to check in for your reservation, you should never be told you have to cancel it because they didn’t get all the rooms cleaned! This hotels smells of all kinds of smoke and we had to deal with loud people above us until 2 am even after asking the front desk to help!
