Good location, disappointing balcony
Great location! We could walk everywhere we wanted to see - the old town and the castle as well as restaurants. My only complaint is the balcony was barely big enough to fit two chairs let alone two people sit there. This was one of the primary reasons I booked this place. There was also no view from the apartment other than a very small courtyard as we were on the first floor. I will this would have been more clear when I made the reservation, otherwise I would have stayed somewhere else.

Mediocre apartment with weird male reception
Ok location with weird apartment layout (pic attached, 2nd bedroom window faces bigger bedroom). We had pretty good service first night but other than that you can find something better for that money in Bratislava. Unfortunately day shift was not as polite as young ladies were first evening, young man was rude sitting, not reacting when we came in and he was not even worth to discuss some things with him. He sent cleaning ladies before check out time at 11am to move and go through our stuff, we couldn’t use the bathroom and got an attitude on a language which we don’t understand being back at 10 30am from our breakfast to get our stuff and brush our teeth!?! We were shocked because as it clearly says check out is at 11am. Needless to say that another German guest who wanted to pay and us were wondering why there is no one at noon there and it wasn’t communicated in working hours or on the website. For sure not going back there.

Very good location, room is very spacious, AC works great, refrigerator is pretty big. My two main complaints and the reason for the bad review is water comes out with a lot of sand and I mean A LOT. I'm not sure if it was an issue with the city water or the hotel but it was pretty bad. The other complaint is the washing machine, it is pretty bad. Plus due to issue #1 it came out with sand.

Cozy apartment , great for family staying
We stayed in double room apartment (4ppl) which was ver convenient. The reception guy was very nice and he waited to us till 10:30pm He guided me for on street free parking (on our second day) , and find a place for our van on the on site paid parking (12eur per day). The apartment itself was very clean, the bed sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. There is a stove and a small kitchen which is great for short-mid staying, Very recommended
