Could be cool, but lots of problems
A little work and could be a cool place.
1. Doors didn’t lock right
2. One toilet would not work, no water.
3. Many light bulbs out.
4. Yard was an overgrown mess.
5. No cold water in down kitchen sink
6, had to buy toilet paper.
7. No kitchen towrls.
8. No bathroom amenities
9 few functional chairs. Many broke

Price was right but a little TLC would go a long way. Owner told us he would have someone out to fix toilet on day one. Never heard from him the rest of the stay.
