Cozy Home in the Perfect Location
This townhome was perfect for our family ski trip. It was cozy, clean, and well-appointed. We found it an an easy walk to a lift as well as downtown for the restaurants and shops. The heated garage was a huge help too. We definitely recommend this property!

Great family vacation!
Great stay! Well stocked and clean property. We had everything we needed and more! Comfy king adjustable bed in the master and plenty of room for the kids in the guest bed and pull out couch bed. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies, utensils, spices, etc. There were plenty of blankets, games, spare fans, humidifiers, and other miscellaneous items. Location was perfect, close to everything. Community pool/hot tub was open 12p-8p and was very crowded in the afternoons, but one day we took the kids around noon and it was not crowded at all. Stairs were a bit challenging while adjusting to the altitude at the beginning, but got used to them quickly. Would definitely recommend this property!

Week in Breck
Our family (2 adults, 3 kids) stayed here for a week in July. This was a great unit for us--the kids' room had three beds, so ours had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen and family room were also cozy and the beds comfortable. We had to leave a day early due to a change of plans and the host graciously refunded us for that night. Very generous! We had a great time and would look to stay here again on our next trip to Breckenridge!

Amazing stay! The property was so nice and very true to description. Lift was about a block up the hill. Ski in wasn’t actually to the door...it was across the street. Still ok for what we were looking for, however it was not ON the actual 4 o’clock run. Overall an amazing place. Will book in the future.

We enjoyed so much this property. We had such a great family time. It is spacious, decorated with taste and has absolutely everything you need in the kitchen, in bathrooms, etc. Garage very convenient and communication with owner very easy to get an extra parking pass. Also very convenient to be so close to the snowflake ski lift and to Breckenridge Main street. Our top choice for a future Breckenridge gateway. Thank you.

Great space, plenty of amenities to make us feel right at home! Kids loved the pool and hot tubs. Kitchen had everything we needed for meals and relaxing. One thing that would be helpful would be directions to the hot tub posted somewhere. Would stay here again!

Incredible Value
Services was on point, more than you need to spend some days at Breck and spend some indoors comfortable. Incredible location, walk to lift, walk to town, rentals within mile range, all modern appliances, indoor garage and great responsive services from management. Go and have fun!

Awesome Property!
My family of 5 loved our stay here. I was worried that the space would be tight, but it wasn't at all. Our 3 boys (19, 17 and 10) fit comfortably in the 2nd bedroom. The short walk to the lift made it so convenient for all of us. We'll definitely stay here again!
