The perfect mountain retreat for the family. A 5 min walk to the Quicksilver 6 Pack Superchair on Peak 9 or straight away to town allows everyone freedom of movement with no need for "meet-up schedules". Buses or gondolas are not needed, but they are available. Your Private 6-Person Hot Tub (not 2 person) is professionally maintained and situated on your over-sized deck (18' x 15') with a Weber Gas BBQ, new Patio Table and great views. Put your Car, Skis, Snowboards, Bikes, Snowshoes, Kayak and any other toys you bring in your huge Private Heated Garage.

Owned and outfitted by a Colorado native to share with those who enjoy the adventures of the great outdoors. It's perfect for exploring and taking advantage of Summit County followed by personal relaxation after the day.

I don't skimp on supplies, no one want's to come and buy a box of 30 Trash Bags and start shopping for Toilet Paper for a 5 day vacation. The Chalet is loaded with Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Laundry Soap, Bounce Dryer Sheets, some Spices, Coffee Filters, Morning Caffeine Starter Kit if you arrive late and yes... Trash Bags and a bottle of Red Wine.

Check-In and Check-Out is contactless and on-site! Cleaned to CDC standards with high quality linens and towels. The beds are also new with memory foam mattresses so you won't be sleeping on a lumpy mess. (Guest King is not Memory Foam, but new)

Free High-Speed WiFi (800Mbps & unlimited connections) is complemented by a 75" 4k HD Smart TV w/ a Soundbar in the Living Room as well as Smart HD TV's in both Bedrooms. (75" - Netflix, ESPN+, Hulu, Disney+, Prime, HBO)

The full size Washer and Dryer in the Chalet is critical for dry ski clothes the next day or a mud-free Mountain Bike Jersey.

The Chalet is a larger 2BD at 1100 sq. ft. which makes it roomy enough for families or gatherings with old friends. The dining room table seats 8 comfortably for group meals and late night games or poker. A fully stocked modern kitchen with granite counter tops provides everything you need to Chef it up and dish it out. The Cuisinart coffee pot can get the morning started right or use the Keurig for that special blend or the Kettle for easy late night tea or hot chocolate.

Located at the south end of Main Street gives instant town access yet avoids late night party crowds. All guests can also enjoy the large 12-Person Hot Tub (next door), Fitness Room, Steam Sauna, Game Room with Pool Table, Foosball, Air Hockey, 60" TV and Lounge Area.

No buses are needed but if you prefer to ride the "Breck Free Ride" and "Main Street Trolley" stops are right outside.

Best Rental in Breckenridge – Exceptional Stay at Summit Chalet!

We have been coming to Breckenridge for the past four years, and Summit Chalet is by far the best rental we have ever stayed in! The location is unbeatable—just a short and easy walk to both the town and the ski slopes, making it incredibly convenient for both skiing and exploring.The home itself is absolutely stunning. The private hot tub was the perfect way to relax after a day on the mountain, and the heated mats on the deck were a thoughtful touch. The spacious living areas were beautifully designed and perfect for gathering, while the bedrooms were incredibly comfortable with updated, modern bathrooms. It was clear that a lot of attention to detail went into making this home a luxurious and comfortable retreat.One of the standout features was the little extras that made our stay even more enjoyable—portable chargers throughout the house, a digital picture frame with daily updates, and so many small touches that showed just how much care went into this rental.However, what truly sets Summit Chalet apart is the host. From the moment we booked, his communication was excellent. He provided fantastic recommendations for restaurants, activities, and even directions, making our trip stress-free. His organization and dedication to guest satisfaction were above and beyond anything we’ve experienced in a vacation rental.If you’re looking for a perfect place to stay while making unforgettable memories in Breckenridge, Summit Chalet is it. Great Condo!

Without a doubt Summit Chalet is a 5-star property. The location was perfect for both getting to the Quicksilver lift, the ski schools, equipment rental and to Main street. It was a very short walk to both. The condo is very clean and has everything you need for the perfect stay. We were able to sleep our family of 6 very comfortably. My family absolutely loved the private hot tub. It definitely put the condo over the top. Finally, the communication with the owner was excellent. Near immediate response for any questions, etc. that we had. We would definitely return to this condo. It made our trip.

Perfect Breck Vacation

Kirk is an excellent host. He was always available to provide information and respond to questions. He provided a comprehensive packet on the property, amenities and instructions. Access to the unit was easy and my family had a great vacation. The unit was modern, clean and stocked with everything we needed. We have 3 daughters ages 5-11. We all found the unit to be perfect, including the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. We all enjoyed soaking in the hot tub after skiing. There is a convenience store located next door to the condo which was great for odds and ends/snacks/water. The town of Breck is a very short walk to restaurants and the supermarket. In addition the walk to the mountain was also convenient. Overall a great stay, highly recommend and we hope to return! thank you Kirk!

Wow, what a great vacation! Kirk went above and beyond in his communication to make sure we had the best vacation possible! From the restaurant recommendations to suggesting where we rent ski equipment (which was so convenient and easy) we were able to walk easily to the lift everyday. The house was fully equipped. Perfect stay and incredible communication!

We loved everything about our stay! The property was amazing and had everything we needed - private hot tub, comfortable beds and bathrooms, well stocked kitchen, large dining and living rooms (even with a shot ski!), easy parking, plus a shared common area with a fitness center and game room. And all of this within a close walking distance to the lifts, restaurants and bars, and shopping. We kept staying how much we didn’t want to leave and how we already want to book another stay. In addition, Kirk’s communication was incredibly helpful - before, during, and after the stay. He really goes above and beyond and shows how much he wants to make sure his guests have a wonderful experience, and memories of a lifetime, which we did! Ask him anything and he will provide very helpful information and even customized recommendations. We had a 2 day travel delay on the way home, and he stayed in contact all the way until we finally made it home and continued to provide very positive updates and tips! Thank you so much!!

Gorgeous Property with BEST host!!

This property couldn't have been more prefect. There was anything and everything we could ever need in this condo! Kirk was by far the most helpful host I have every had with a short term rental! His reference guide was so useful and helped us make the absolute MOST out of our trip!! We had 5 guests staying in this place and never felt as if we didn't have enough room. The hot tub was a big must on our list; and this tub was CLEAN, WORKING, and EASY to use/access. Kirk sent emails every step of the way, sometimes more than 3x/week leading up reminding us to get ski lift tickets, where and when to get ski equipment rentals, as well as reminders to make restaurant reservations!! He even kept us updated on local events and news happening in the area. I couldn't recommend this stay any more, 15/10 recommend. A million stars given!! We will definitely be coming back here ASAP!!

Condo met our expectations!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property in Breck for our Spring Break. The condo was very clean and check-in was a breeze! From the very beginning, I had great communication with the owner. Kirk was very attentive and pleasant to chat with. We felt the pictures were very accurate and truly represented our wonderful stay! Plenty of space in the family room and having two full bathrooms was key for our family of four! Our children were ages 8 and 10....the walk to the Quicksilver lift ended up being a bit too much. My husband drove to the Maggie each morning and dropped us off while he returned the car and walked on his own to meet us. The walk home from the Quicksilver Lift was rather difficult (for the kiddos)....but not unbearable. Having the garage was fantastic to store our skis/boots/etc each night. We walked to dinner each night in the Village - super convenient location for that! We will definitely plan to rebook when we come back to Breck!

Awesome place to stay in Breck!

First off, thanks to Kirk for the incredible communication before, during, and after our stay! I have probably stayed at 8 different VRBO condos and homes in the last 10 years, and this was certainly one of, if not the cleanest, most well appointed place I have stayed in Breck. I mean...smart TV's in the bedrooms and living room, wireless phone charges all over, Egyptian cotton towels that were so good I had to take a photo of the tag! The location was great! We stored our ski gear with a rental outfit Kirk recommended at the bottom of the mountain...you can (with a good start down the mountain) ski right up to within 100' of the ski rental place, put on your walking shoes, and its just a short couple of blocks or so back to the condo. We walked everywhere we went as you are only a couple of blocks from downtown. Kirk, thanks again for such a memorable stay...we will definitely return!

Fantastic place & owner

Our stay was great before we even got there. Kirk was well prepared and provided tons of great information. He was happy to answer questions as well. The condo was clean and well appointed. Very comfortable, and the hot tub was nice. The bottle of wine and snacks waiting when we got there were a nice touch. The location was an easy walk to restaurants and shops, and to the lift. We only used the car to travel to another mountain. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and I would HIGHLY recommend this condo to anyone interested in a great place at Breckenridge. Again, the icing on the cake was the communication from a GREAT owner.

We really enjoyed our time in Breckenridge and specifically at the Summit Chalet. The accommodations were as described. The unit was nice and clean. The host was very communicative. Plenty of room for our family of four. We debated whether to walk from the unit to the ski lift with ski boots on or change into the boots at the lodge. We opt'd to try walking in the ski boots and it was fine...it was nice to avoid the lodge completely and just go right to the lift line. We would definitely rent this unit again in the future.

Fantastic place, excellent location and great owner

We were very happy with everything about this rental. My family and I stayed here over New Years (2 adults, 3 teens and 1 eleven year old). We fit perfectly. The 4 kids slept in the bedroom with the 3 beds and my wife and I took the master bedroom. The location was ideal…we were a few minutes walk to Peak 9 lifts and to downtown. The lift was close enough that everyone walked in their ski boots and carried their skis without complaint. The owner’s communication was perfect. He provided all the info needed in a very timely manner. There was a snow storm approaching the area on the day of our arrival into Denver. Kirk notified me of the storm and advised we should get to Breckenridge as soon as we can to avoid the worst of the storm. This was great advice because we did plan to spend the day in Denver. He also suggested upgrading our car rental to all-wheel drive because of the storm, which I’m glad we did. The extra, personalized touches Kirk added to our stay were a pleasant surprise. We highly recommend this property and look forward to returning.

Excellent Summit Condo

Just returned from our 6 day stay in Breck. The condo was perfect for our family of four (two teen boys17 &14) clean, very close to town, lifts, walking distance to everything. The private hot tub was a bonus after a day of hiking. Kirk, the owner was fantastic with communication. He had great suggestions for hiking trails, local restaurants, he really helped us prepare for our stay in Breck. Kirk is the King of the Summit! Location!! Clean and roomy

The property was just as described. Hot tub was amazing. The location is perfect for walking all over Breck. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels and blankets. Kirk was great to communicate with and even the small hiccups were taken care of immediately. We cannot wait to come back to Breck and spend some more time at the chalet.

Spring Break at Breck

This property was great and as advertised. I have been traveling to Summit County for 30 years. This was the most immaculate property that I have stayed at. It was "eat off the floor" clean. It is very close within walking distance to the town of Breck as well as the base of Peak 9. The gentleman that owned the property was extremely communicative. I had a lot of questions before and during the trip. Kirk responded almost immediately to every question on his personal cell phone. He even took the time to text me during the week several time to make sure we were doing ok. He was by FAR the best host that I have ever had at any property over the years. I would definitely give his property 5 Stars and I would highly reccomend it to evreyone thinking of a vacation in Breck.
