Now here’s a cozy condo that’s perfect for a close-in ski getaway! Located in Breckenridge’s Four Seasons neighborhood, you’re just a two-block stroll to the Quicksilver lift and Maggie Pond area. Downtown is an easy walk or ride on the Breckenridge free shuttle. Throw in seasonal access to the Columbine Pool, Hot Tubs and Clubhouse, and your group will be thrilled that you booked it!

This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo is a great choice for families or groups of up to 4 people. There’s a large, comfortable living room with a beautiful gas fireplace, and plenty of seating. Or step out onto the patio, pull up a chair and relax after a long day of adventures. The fully equipped kitchen is right off the living room and has seating for four at the dining table and another two at the breakfast bar.

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, central coin laundry, and parking for two vehicles. And all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. The condo was the perfect size for the two of us. It backs up to trees and a walking path and was close enough to walk to Main Street. The shower was a bit wonky, you had to step up about 10” so that cuts down on headroom. If you are over 5’10, you won’t be able to stand up in it.

Our stay at the Columbine condos was amazing! The property is located at a very convenient location- 5 5-minute walk from the local bus stops. The property was spotless and had all the basic amenities we needed. We Would stay here again and also highly recommend to anyone looking for a home to stay in while in Breckenridge.

Everything was great! Perfect location at the end of Main Street, so it was very easy to walk to shops and restaurants without being on top of them. The trees and walkway behind the deck gave that cozy mountain feel, especially with the fireplace. The unit was very clean, spacious, and stocked with everything you would need if you wanted to cook. Overall great experience!

Super easy check in process at the unit. When it says everything you could possibly need is included in the unit they mean it! Plenty of towels and supplies. We didn't use the kitchen but I looked in all the cabinets and anything you would possibly need for making your own meals is there. The hot tubs on site are just a short walk from the unit and were great after a long day. Short walk to either main street for shops or the free trolley stop. Some have commented on the beds being hard but we thought they were great. We both prefer a firmer mattress and slept great. The management company was very prompt and responsive to texts and checked in with us via text during our stay to make sure everything was going good. Would stay here again.

Nice unit, great location
This 2nd floor unit was great. Close location to Quicksilver lift. Unit was quiet, clean, and as advertised. True queen sized beds. Great hot water in shower. Management company was good. Slight negatives: Shower has a bit of a step up. If you have mobility issues this could be a problem. Recliners aren’t the most comfortable.

It’s all about the location!
Pros: Location to town and the Quicksilver lift. Hot tubs and pool are awesome but they get busy. Parking underground was great! Cons: The beds were very firm and the pillows flat. I woke up sore everyday. The oven didn’t seem to work very good. It took a long time to get to temp and then the pizza didn’t cook well. There is a panel above the toilet that leaks water. It looks like they’ve looked at it since there were smudgy fingerprints all over the panel the the bathroom door. I tried calling the management company but couldn’t get ahold of them.

Great stay. Condo was overall very comfortable. Easy walk into town and to many trails. Only complaint was the mattresses on the beds were firmer than our preference which caused some sleep issue.

I stayed with my mom and daughter for a few days. We enjoyed staying and were comfortable with the place. Loved the easy access to town and the view out of the balcony. The only thing we wished was that the pool was open a little longer. It closed at 8 o'clock. It was run by the complex, so it is not something the individual owners can change. We would definitely stay here again.
