I thought the hotel was very nice with great amenities and a very attentive staff. My only complaint was the size of the hotel itself; I literally had to walk about an eight of mile to get from the lobby to my room. That said, the overall experience we very satisfactory.

I liked the hotel it’s amazing the view is gorgeous the uncomfortable part was is living on a 10th floor and going down using 2 different elevators.You go down from 10th floor down to 7 th, then to get to other elevator that will take you to lobby you have to walk a lot….you spend time to get downstairs at least 15-20 min…

I hope no one looks at this property and thinks this will a be a nice quite relaxing trip. Everywhere you go its just loud and noisy. It is a headache. For the price of the rooms and valet parking. Save yourself the Tylenol and book with a cabin. This place will have you a headache.

Wow, what a wonderful surprise this place was at a great price point. It is essentially a ski-in/out location (literally walk across the street to a lift) and a super convenient hotel shuttle that met all our needs. I felt like we were the first people to stay in our room ~ it was that clean and modern.

An amazing property, only a 2 minute walk from the lifts and less than 10 minute walk to main street. The cafe and bar were very convenient and the Edwin restaurant offered good options.

The staff was the absolute standout at this property. They were literally all helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and seemed to be working a LOT of hours. The hotel is clearly understaffed but you might miss this given how hard everyone was compensating. The overall hotel is average- very nice lobby with tons of comfortable seating and large central fireplace. We at eyed in a room in the tower which meant we had to take 2 elevators to get there and walk in between which is a hassle with decently long waits for lifts. The hotel is located within very easy access to 2 ski lifts and there is a shuttle to the Gondola so that worked well. Ski concierge guys were very helpful and storage worked perfectly. There were no robes or slippers available which was really annoying in terms of using the hot tub after a days skiing. We were given various excuses for this but it turned out that only timeshare owners were getting them during our stay. The hot tubs aren't particularly appealing anyway but the no robes to wear on the way there was a big minus. Rooms are fairly basic but newly decorated with good water pressure.

La estancia en el hotel fue genial. La atencion en el restaurante excelente. La atencion en la entrada excelente. La habitacion limpia y confortable. Lo unico que no nos gusto es que te obligan a pagar el valet parking, o dra el hotel tiene su propio parquro pero no te dan la opcion de parquear tu mismo y ek valet parking es 55 dolares diarios.
