The Village at Breckenridge Peak 9 Inn is ideally located just steps from everything you can desire in Breckenridge. Step out the back the door to access the Quicksilver lift at the base of Peak 9; or take a quick jaunt across the street to enjoy all that Main St. has to offer! It's all at your fingertips here, as our motto is; "this is where Breckenridge meets the mountains!"
With a first class design, luxury amenities, and an unbeatable convenient location you'll find it here as the Village at Breckenridge has it all! You can enjoy full valet services; an indoor/outdoor pool with four outdoor hot tubs and a fitness room with tread mills, weights and other equipment. Rent skis in the building too! Our unit is on the fourth of seven floors overlooking the Plaza where you will begin each day with a breathtaking panoramic view of the sun rising over Baldy Mountain and the Continental Divide. In the evening you can relax with a romantic view of the town's festive lights. There is no place like Peak 9 Inn; and if you are looking for a fabulous location at a great price, you have found the perfect condo! The complete overhaul of that area in 2022 is really something to see as it turned out very nice we think!
You name it, it's new in our unit. We recently redid everything from floor to the ceiling. New carpet, cabinets, appliances, granite countertops, king size bed, sectional sofa with a pullout, and a smarf TV to unwind after a long day on the slopes. While we closed for Covid in 2020 we added a new walk-in shower, doors and trim throughout as well as new paint and bedroom set for more storage in the unit. June of 2022 we added new flooring in the main area as well. If comfort is what you desire, comfort is what you'll get, as we believe our second home should be just as comfortable, if not more, than our primary residence. Lastly, coming spring of 23 we will be adding stainless steel appliances to the kitchen for a more modern look.
You'll also be welcomed to a fully stocked kitchen for those with a passion for cooking, or looking to save a few bucks. Cooking not your thing? Mix a few drinks with the blender or open a bottle of wine before you head across the street to enjoy the shops, dining, and other entertainment Breckenridge has to offer.
We strive to create an atmosphere that'll allow you to make the lifetime memories you came to Breckenridge to achieve. A Ski In/Ski Out unit across the street from Main Street is paradise to us and we'd love for you to come see why!

You will have free roam of the entire studio as nothing is locked/blocked off for the owners.
We live a short hour away in the Mile High city so we are available most of the time to help with directions, lockouts, maintenance you name it, we got it! We are available before, during and after your stay. Just a phone call, text or email away! We have included a binder in the unit of places we like to venture out to to get you pointed it the right direction for some of the additional amenities and hot spots around the area.
The best part in our opinion about this unit is that is literally 30 yards out the back door to the Quicksilver Superchair and 1 block out the front door to Main St where are the action takes places after the slopes for food, drinks, and shopping.
There are free bus stops outside the building, main street is a block away, and you can walk out the back door to get on the Quicksilver Superchair if you are skiing or boarding. The slogan of our village does say it all. "Where the Mountains Meet Main Street."
There is free ski storage for all guests during season at Christi Sports ; which is located in the building adjacent to us. Right on the way to the ski lift so less gear to carry.
