I was visiting Pittsburgh for a wedding. I arrived early and was able to check in to my room, I was so happy that I could rest from a red eye flight. The check in staff were friendly and informative. Rooms are nice and spacious with blackout shades. Beautiful views of the river. The free breakfast was standard. Parking spaces were a little awkward. It was easy to walk to several restaurants, a Rite Aid and Aldi were also walkable in minutes. The hotel was mostly quiet except for a heavy footed guest above me and some people were loud my second night.

The front desk staff was amazing! Then we got to our room. It was big and spacious, but far from clean. The blankets had hair, lipstick and some other dried up goop on them. So gross. Front desk did send new blankets immediately though. Kitchen items were dirty and early not checked by housekeeping. Bathroom was less than clean. Pillows on the couch had something smeared on them. Would not stay here agin.

Nice Southside location and helpful staff
Room was clean and no surprises. Furniture was showing its age a little. However, staff is very responsive and friendly, location is nearby restaurants and coffee shops, as well as some retail. Nice views of the river but about 15 minute ride from downtown Pittsburgh. If I return to the city, I will seriously consider returning to Hyatt house.

Property is very nice. Good views of the water. Cute area with bars and a dog park across the way. Pull out couch was very small and uncomfortable. Rather get a room with 2 beds. Couch also had tons of stains. There was a wedding on the night we stayed and our room was right above it so loud music until 10 o'clock, but other than that, it was quiet. I'd stay again but with a different room.

There was a wedding go on directly under our room , but no one at the hotel thought to warn us and it wasn’t noted online. Impossible to put a two year old to bed while the floor is literally bumping from the bass downstairs. We never would’ve booked if we would’ve been told this was happening.
