Wow! Ski-in Ski-out convenience just doesn't get better than this. Located right next to the beginner ski area, you will be able to put your boots on and ski right off the house! No walking needed! This entry level family friendly cottage gives you the comforts of home while you exploring a whole world of attractions northern New Hampshire has to offer. While not as luxurious or modern as some of our other condos, this is a great opportunity for those looking to stay in an amazing location at a lower rate. Perfect location for year-round fun!

You will enter the home from the lower level, which has a large mudroom to leave your boots, skis and jackets. This level includes an open concept TV room and kids room (with a bunk bed and a twin bed) and a bathroom. Walk upstairs to the main level to find another 2 bedrooms - one with a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom, and one with a king bed. This level also features an additional bathroom, and a kitchen/dining/living room accented by a beautiful stone fireplace. There is no TV on this level - on purpose. The family that owns this cottage like to make it a point to use their precious time in the mountains to connect with each other and avoid too much screen time. But fear not - a TV is available downstairs for your entertainment! But the real show is outside the home. There is so much to do! Right in the heart of Bretton Woods, you will have access to various on site activities, from world class skiing and snowshoeing to ziplining, river tubing, fishing, mountain biking and much more. And don't forget a visit to the historic Mount Washington Hotel, only a minute away by car! But there's so much more. Just a short drive away, you will be able to visit the famous Cog Rail, Santa's Village, Storyland, several state parks (Crawford Notch, Franconia Notch), multiple ski resorts, pristine lakes, incredible hikes, tax-free outlet shopping and much, much more!

Master Bedroom: Located on the main level and features a Queen size bed and an attached full bath. Sleeps 2. Private deck looking onto the back yard.
Guest Bedroom #2: Located on the main level and features a King size bed. Sleeps 2.
Guest Bedroom #3: Located in the Loft and features a King size bed and 2 Twin beds. Sleeps 4.
Guest Bedroom #4. Located on the lower level and features a Twin/Twin bunk bed and a separate Twin bed. Sleeps 3.
Bathroom #1: Full bath located in the master bedroom.
Bathroom #2: Full bath located on the main level.
Bathroom #2: Bath with standalone shower located on the lower level.
Kitchen: Full stocked for all your cooking needs and includes warm cabinets, hardwood floors and drip coffee maker.
Dining/Living Area: Open concept space with comfortable furniture that surrounds the stone fireplace. Please note - no TV on this level!
Lower Level Area: Extra living and game room with a TV.
Outdoor Space: Nestled next to Bretton Woods Resort you can ski right onto the slopes from the house! A lovely deck with BBQ grill provides outdoor dining as well!
Extra Features: Free high speed wi-fi, Cable TV, Xbox, washer/dryer, linens provided.
- A trash pickup is included with your cleaning fee at the end of your stay; please leave all trash in the home and our staff will take care of it! If you need additional pickups during your stay, they are available between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm at a cost of $10 per pickup.
- Linen, towels, and a starter kit of essential amenities (soap, shampoos, dishwasher detergent, laundry pods, trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels) are included with your cleaning fee.
- Pool & gym pass program subject to availability and any restrictions outside of our control that may be set in place by the resort.

*Please Note: This house is located in a quiet, family-friendly resort area. Our neighbors and visitors are here to enjoy the majestic quiet of the mountains. This home is not the right setting for a party or for groups looking to be loud and boisterous. All association rules and especially Quiet Hours (10 pm - 8 am), parking Limitations (2 vehicles at unit, others at overflow), no TRASH left outside must be followed. Overflow parking is a 2 minute walk. Violation of any of these rules may subject your party to immediate removal without any refunds. Guests are responsible for any fines levied by the association or the municipality for violation of local regulations. These house rules are designed to make sure we comply with regulations and identify inappropriate behaviors that may cause tensions with our neighbors and other visitors. We want you to have an extraordinary experience with us and we share these rules up-front so that you can make an informed decision. -Guest will be required to sign a rental agreement to comply with insurance requirements. You can view a sample agreement on our website.
-Check-in: Any time after 4PM; Check-out: 11 am. Unauthorized early arrivals or late checkouts subject to $100/hr fee.
-Parking Limit: 2 Vehicles. Overflow parking is available nearby. Please contact Bretton Woods Vacations if you have any questions.
- No Pets and No Unauthorized Guests: Guest count must match the number in your reservation. Please let us know if the number has changed. Unauthorized pets or guests subject to $300 fee and immediate termination of your stay with no refunds. Absolutely NO PARTIES without express authorization
-Quiet Hours: From 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., please keep noise to a minimum. During the day, please make sure noise levels are low enough not to bother others, and never leave a barking dog unattended! No fireworks on property. A $100 fee may be imposed for violations of these rules.
-No smoking inside the unit; $250 fee for violation.
-We are in Bear Country! No trash or food is to be left outside at any time; $100 fee for violations.
-Some of our homes are equipped with exterior cameras for security purposes.
-We have relaxed our cancellation policies. However, please note that there will be no exception to these policies, for no reason, no matter what the circumstances. Travel insurance is available on our website and from a variety of other sources; it is the traveler's responsibility to decide whether to protect their purchase or not. Due to contractual obligations with property owners, we will not be able to make any exceptions under any circumstances.
-Our homes are in rural locations in the North Country. We live in a beautiful environment surrounded by pristine natural habitats, and share this land with a variety of animals. We do our best to ensure a proper balance between pest control and health concerns and appreciate your patience if a critter may find its way in. Our team is always available to come take care of it. To help prevent issues, please refrain from leaving doors propped open and avoid leaving food in open space which could attract rodents and/or insects.
- Rates are based on standard occupancy of 2 guests per bedroom. Additional guests, if allowed in the specific property, incur a $25/per person nightly surcharge. As long as the correct number of guests is provided at booking, this is included in the total rate shown at booking! Children under the age of 2 do not count toward occupancy.
