The property has been derelict since last September therefore unable stay there forcing us to seek alternative accommodation, but then as your property you would already know this, disgraceful on your part, we will be seeking a full refund plus compensation having to pay xtra at another b&b
I arrived at this hotel to find it was shut down and all boarded up. I had no where else to stay so i slept in my car for the night. Ecpedia should vet this hotel. I was still charged for this room and havnt had a refund yet.
I booked and paid for this guest house, in August. On the morning of the 29th September, the day I was due to stay at the guest house I found out it had closed, the windows were boarded up. I wasn’t given any notification of this!!! I am angry and it was very stressful trying to find alternative accommodation, I ended up staying in a guest house 10miles from where I wanted to be so had the expense of paying again for accommodation and taxi fares.
This place had closed down and was boarded up. We were not onformed of this prior to our trip. We had nowere else to stay as Bridlington was fully bòoked by 4000 extra visotors for BBC Radio2 all star party at thr Spa.
Discusting treatment.

Needs a lot of work but just about ok for one nigh
Well, I'll start with the positives. The bedding and towels were clean and we recieved a warm welcome upon check in. The bar attached was handy for a nightcap.
This hotel is desperately in need of a revamp. There was a dingy smell and the corridors were narrow. Reception was non existent so we had to check in at the bar area. We were shown to our room and we're a little shocked by it. There was wallpaper hanging off, plaster falling away and cracks in the walls. The shower door was difficult to open and the bathroom door didn't close properly but the shower area was clean.
We stayed for one night and as we just wanted somewhere to sleep it was OK for us but would struggle to stay another night and wouldn't return unless there was a vast improvement.
The location was great and if you can get a spot you can park outside and purchase a permit from the hotel for £2. There was a few people outside the bar when we arrived but they were fairly quiet and we went in for a drink before bed and we're made welcome.
This place has so much potential if someone took the time to invest in it.
The hotel needs , totally re decorating , it was very smelly and the rooms was very unclean not seen water or a hoover in years , i would never go there again .

This hotel was a disgusting dirty curtens didn't close bed dirty water tasted vile wouldn't let a dog stay there went for week came home after 2 nights
If you like cobwebs, broken rusty radiators, leaking appliances, nicotine stained walls, paper thin duvets, telephone box sized bathrooms and corridors so narrow they are health and safety hazard then this is the place for you. Upon checking in, I was treated as though I wasn't welcome.
A so called bed and breakfast with no breakfast. A dirty room with the curtains hanging off the track .A broken lock on the door .nothing was right nothing was like their website .The photos of the rooms were nothing like what I saw .
They was no booking when we got there and too late to get anywhere else one of us had to. sleep on a mattress on the floor we were celebrating my 65th birthday it was a disater really after receiving several txt saying looking forward to seeing you no booking on arrival
