Home away from home!
As always, just a great place to stay! Comfortable room. Majestic views over the Yorkshire countryside. Amazing breakfast and friendly staff! All the best amenities of what a great hotel should be! We'll always keep coming back.

Came up for the weekend and enjoyed our stay. No complaints from us as the rooms and general area were cleaned regulary and kept in good condition. Good selection for breakfast too, just wished there were some Halal options.

Staff were wonderful. My daughter loved the swimming pool and that there was a play area in reception! Breakfast was really tasty and had a great selection of cooked and continental. Will be staying again hopefully soon!

Absolutely amazing hotel and hospitality. We were a family of five. Breakfast was good and varied too. Theres a gym here, pool and jacuzzi which is lovely. Its location is also beautiful.

Stayed here many of times, still one of the best hotels with great value. Welcoming staff as always. The housekeeping gentleman was lovely. The breakfast choices have everything you could think of. The cooked breakfast was piping hot. They now have a little indoor play area for the children. Maybe an outdoor one opposite to the gym entrance would make it absolutely perfect. Well done on being one of the best and continuing to improve.

The steps up from the car park are a little large from one step to another, but overall the hotel looks nice from arrival. We arrived at a little busy time and felt for the reception staff as their was only one young lady on there trying to do several jobs at once and help several customers at the same time.

Great value family friendly hotel
Stayed here to visit Eureka museum and so glad we did. Very comfortable family room with great views and enjoyable session in the pool/jacuzzi etc also with great views. Great selection at brekfast time (again in a lovely setting with the same great views) although the hot items could have been a bit hotter. The kids play area in the bar is am absolute bonus meaning parents can enjoy an extended coffee after breakfast and an evening drink. A couple of areas around the pool and in the room bathroom were a bit tired but overall was great value and all the staff were really helpful.
