Met by really welcoming reception staff. Our room was ready early which was a real bonus. Stayed in one of the signature suites which was lovely. Great balcony and view of the marina. Outside furniture covers could do with renewing and bathroom wasn’t very private in terms of the door left a large gap between the ceiling. Breakfast was well worth it and great choice. Overall had a thoroughly lovely time and would recommend.

Staff were lovely, but we paid so much for this and it was adequate at best. Carpets are threadbare or torn, walls are scratched and paper thin.

Stayed 3 days and upgraded , the only reason the hotel gets good instead of excellent is the misleading prices in the bar and restaurant. The room 201 was excellent we had 2 minor issues that were dealt with promptly. They have a menu for their restaurant which shows daily specials charged at £19.50 with a drink , beer or Prosecco so we decided on the Friday fish n chips . We were the only ones in the restaurant service was great but the menus only showed Monday to Wednesday was £19.50 and Fish and chips were £24.50 , even on the sign outside the restaurant on the ground floor states £19.50, we enjoyed the food but the bill came to £55 not the £39 expected. The menu in the room and on the sign outside also showed the special on a Sunday was £19.50 but in the restaurant it says £29.50 !! I’m fine paying the price but don’t mislead ppl , please change the sign outside and the menu in the rooms to the correct price, plus the cocktails in the bar said £14 on the menu but charged £15 at the till. Great hotel great location amazing staff but please correct the menus to show the real price. Would we stay again? 100% .
