Great property across the road from the Ekka. It is ideally located for anyone exhibiting at or going to the show. Very clean & comfortable apartment with adequate amenities and friendly, helpful staff.

Annexe is an ideal accommodation option for guests who need to be near the Royal Brisbane & Womens Hospital. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the kitchen gives you the option of self-catering - a blessing for extended stays. Our only issue was that one shower needed attention as the hose leaked badly, affecting the pressure from the head, but otherwise I couldn't fault it. We were thankful to have a car, as there are limited dining options near by. The car lift can be an adventure!

9-days in Brisbane
Location: just opposite RBWH Bus station, so relatively easy to get there. Apartment was well furnished with kitchen appliances for cooking, washing machine and dryer. Room cleaning is usually once a week. The ladies kept room very clean during the middle of our stay. Room is very spacious and comfortable. I will definitely choose this place again in future. Although it is next to main road, can get noisy in the day. Sound is bearable. Reception desk staff are very friendly and approachable. We left early on Sat morning before the reception opened. There is a key drop.

The property itself is very good. Staff was very friendly. Very recently renovated by the looks a the apartment was very spacious. However it was rather noisy due to a main road and multiple garbage trucks at night. Not much in regards to restaurants. But great location to the hospital and airport.

We had a work event at the Brisbane Showgrounds Pavillion and this was a great location. Easy to walk to where we needed to go. Great apartment for the 3 of us with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which was very convenient when we were all getting organised as no waiting long for showers. Very well equipped kitchen. Will very happily stay here again.

I didn’t realise that it was so close to the landing of the helicopter at the hospital- last night there where 2 drops by helicopter couldn’t sleep after it as it felt and sounded like the helicopter landed on the motel roof - the bed was very small as well

LOVE the price. The car elevator is terrifying, i was not prepared for that. The room needs a few things fixed, but it didn't affect our stay in any way. The room is super quiet, the beds were comfortable and the shower might very well be the best shower I've had at a hotel. The staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful. The kitchen had everything and more than we needed to make our stay relaxing.
