Upstairs is the main kitchen and lounge room with fireplace and huge deck. Master bedroom with queen bed, second bedroom with 2 x single beds and main bathroom.
Downstairs is another lounge area with a single bed, bedroom with a queen and a single bed, kitchenette and another shower and separate toilet. There is also a laundry area with a deep freezer.
Outside there is a fish cleaning table, outdoor shower and undercover parking.
This really is one of the best houses in Cowan with easy access to the beach, boat ramp and amazing views.
