Kick back and relax in our modern designed home, situated opposite beautiful Peace Parkland and 3 minutes drive to Sandgate Brighton Foreshore. Our location is situated close to the Sandgate township and the popular Redcliffe precinct which offers an array of shopping, coffee shops and restaurants, for you to enjoy at your leisure. And with public transport and the main highway close by, travelling couldn’t be easier and less time consuming, especially to the Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast. Our modern home comfortably accommodates 6 people with: Two spacious living areas, one that opens out onto a private patio overlooking the garden and the second offering a gas fireplace to relax and unwind, whilst taking in the view of the Parkland. The Master Chef Kitchen includes filtered water from the main tap and from the large Fridge/ Freezer which also has an Ice-Maker. Also included is a AEG Convention oven, Induction Cooktop, Dishwasher and Microwave. A choice of two eating areas, the first being the eight seater dining table or the large Kitchen Island bench, that includes 4 bar stools. Three bedrooms, the Master bedroom includes a King size bed, walk-in robe and ensuite. Whilst the Second bedroom contains a Queen size bed and the Third bedroom contains two single beds and built-in wardrobes. The Main bathroom boasts a stand alone bath, shower and separate toilet area. And the Laundry provides a washing machine, dryer, overhead drying rack, iron and ironing board. The garage has two car capacity and includes a EV Charger. Ducted Aircon throughout the house is also reverse cycle heating, making sure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
